Blue version is usually considered slightly superior and the differences are too minute to really justify getting both. They aren't that different but some buildings have different colors, Blue has one additional fight and a fight that has Mistman.Exe in the White version has Bowlman.Exe in the Blue version, instead. There are also a handful of gigachips exclusive to each.

It works really well for me, I don't notice any input lag when I'm playing smash.
