I have to get one of those blue yarn yoshi amiibos, but i have no idea when they're putting them up for pre-order.
I just don't want to end up looking for one while some guy sells a whole bunch of them for ridiculous prices.
Wonder how bad the scalping will be on the yarn amiibos considering they're nearly 30 bucks a pop.

It's probably either Pokemon Z, Yo-Kai Watch, Bayonetta Jeanne spinoff, Robot game being remade into either a 1st person punch-out!!!/ROB game, or something extreme such as Nintendo vs Capcom or Reggie doing a Wizard and saying: "You've all played Super Mario Galaxy 2/3D World, now lets show you Super Mario (3D) GALAXY!! (3)", they'll probably hype it up by removing Rosalina, Toad and Peach as characters and replace them with Wario, Daisy and...Captain Syrup/A Sprixie?, then pull a New Super Mario Bros U at the end with said characters being reunlocked with Retro Worlds from the first 2 games.
If Mario Maker has a single-player campaign with an actual world map and whatever, i could see it being a 2D Sonic Generations-like Mario game. [sp]Wart could be a hidden boss[/sp]
EDIT: for extra masochism, Captain toad would be an ultra-hard mode character, small jumps are replaced with slopes or bridges. more enemies spawn however he can pick up items to use as weapons. imagine skating up a tower on a Skate-Shoe with 10 Cat Bowsers?

Probably right. but they've already exhausted almost every legend in XY for movie material except for Zygarde/Volcanion. assuming they don't just reuse them again in the actual Anime episodes. even worse Valerie is the 6th Gym Leader so by the time they get to the 8th, they would've skimmed over any potential promotion for Z itself.
The only way they could preempt it is if they went with the DP direction and have movies layered up, like 1 movie with Dialga/Darkrai, one with Arceus...Palkia, they split the difference with Giratina/Shaymin though. can't imagine a situation where they would have just Yveltal on its own for a movie. or pull a Lucario to tide people over until the next generation comes out. it already became a thing when Zoroark had her movie.

I dunno, personally I feel Pokemon Mystery Super Dungeon will be the replacement for this year, letting the main team work on Z another year for quality purposes. I would not be surprised.

Honestly I hope it's not Z. Maybe it's because it's Gen 3 but I pretty much had to force myself to finish AS. The lack of anything super new made me super, super bored.
Like if I'm being 100% fair I didn't like Gen 3 anyway but it just felt kinda weak to me despite having all the legendary pokemon to catch and all.

Don't get too excited, they're never announced a mainline Pokemon at E3, at least not to my knowledge. They announced ORAS last year around this time however.

I get you, but this is just how the system works- we get two games, a remake, then a third that mashes them up. I'm pretty sure that'll be the case anyway, they haven't deviated from that before.

There will be at least two games in the mainline Pokemon series, when you look through the number systems the four games currently have and their relation to the little symbol.

With the ID codes for 24,25,26, and 27 taken with X, Y, OR, and AS respectfully, games 28 and 29 are also coded with this symbol, while games after this number does not. Also next year will be the 20th anniversary, so expect something to do with Kanto- again.
I'd like to see some more Pokemon Origins, perhaps with Gold & Silver instead. I kinda want to know the story behind why Red is at Mt Silver. Maybe they could have longer/more episodes, with small segments dedicated for Red's search for Mew and whatever leads him to Mt. Silver 3 years down the line, while having the remainders of the episodes being about the events of Gen II.
I want a full 3D pokemon game on the WiiU. A huge open world that would take forever to explore. or something like that
