Really? I felt a very apparently difference when going through the lazy rips of the old stages, nothing you could do in the original stage worked at all. They may have specifically programmed some parts of the stage to give you the illusion there are physics, I don't remember, but they definitely are not there. Gens 3ds was just a lazy cash grab to pick up the scraps of the real version. But even with that said I don't mind their stage choices, the Game Gear and GBA games are not so popular, so it makes sense they'd go with popular stages like Emerald Coast, Mushroom Hill, Casino Night and Radical Highway. And Rush is actually quite popular so Water Palace is a good choice. I really like seeing Mushroom Hill rendered in 3D and Emerald Coast is nice to see back. Honestly, who gives a crap about games like Triple Trouble?
also lost world 3ds is some of the worst shit ive ever played
Main stages for lost world on 3ds were fine.
Fuck the special stages.

They started out fine.
Then they literally snowballed into an unbearable mess of oblivion via repetitive sequences and do-or-die situations, and 20 minute long stages became a norm. On a handheld Sonic game. Even when Heroes or the Night stages of Unleashed went uber long, they had the excuse of being console games.
A sonic generations 2, or an adventure battle 3 would both be instant buys for me. I loved the chao garden in adventure battle
Look I'd be fine with SA3, or even yet another Classic Sonic stylized game, or something that would be more ambitious (i.e: remakes of SA1 and 2) but I absolutely fear another end result like SLW.
Sonic Team seriously needs to get its footing back in a lot of fronts before any of that happens.

At least I enjoyed the main stages.
But the motion controlled bullshit that is the special stages, fuck no. you look like a fucking retard flailing around with a 3ds in your hand in your quest to get emeralds. even worse when you're in a car and the driver decides to make a turn.

The guy in the sonic suit you can just tell he isn't getting paid enough for this.
Lots of audio problems in the stream, geez.

It's okay guys. They're just trying to accurately simulate the Sonic games with all these technical difficulties.
