You could make a second account and dedicate that to hauling and your first account to other stuff (caldari has decent pvp ships). It is allowed to have multiple accounts on 1 email, just not logged in on eve at the same time.

I have roughly 16bil in sub cap hulls spread out around new eden, according to current market prices. (The fast majority being cruisers, AHACs etc)

I wanted to do exploration stuff in low sec but it appears that you basically need to have a ship fitted for maximum probe strength and have relevant skills alpha-maxed to reach signal strength 100%. Otherwise you're just gonna jerk off infinitely in the probe interface with signal maxing out at 90%. So now I have to wait 2 days until relevant skills level up.

Also, is mining and hauling compressed ores only profitable in nullsec? I made some spreadsheet calculator to quickly check nearby market offers but best deal I got was 1:1 like uncompressed variants.

Logged in to EVE for the first time in a while.

All my assets are in bumfuck nowhere hisec and I can't fly any of my ships because they require Omega. :v:

I guess my Vargur is gonna stay docked for a while.

I decided to use some of my ISK to PLEX my account since I was so tempted to jump back in and play around. Decided to run some missions in hisec since I don't feel like joining a corporation at the moment.

From a single mission(Sisters of EVE mission against Amarr & Caldari) I cleared around 40m. 35M in loot, salvage and tags and roughly 6m in LP/ISK from reward. Didn't take me longer than 15 minutes(Salvaging and looting was the only pain and took up most of my time, god damn bastion mode can be a pain sometimes)

I always saw missions as trash ISK but I'm actually doing quite decent. Not really compareable to something like incursions or wormholes but for something that's pretty brainless and easy and safe it's pretty good.

Honestly the presence of alpha clones is going to drive the cost down since the consequence for not getting plex or resubbing is just getting demoted until you do.

Isn't ISK a PLEX backed currency at this point? I'd imagine we'll be seeing prices for a lot of things drop over the coming months.

Actually, the way I see it is the plex price inflated around Alpha clone patch drop time and has been dropping since. So the influx of new accounts who'll probably want a plex + old vets coming back who haven't been subbed in a while drive the price up.
