I dunno, I say give the game a little time to mature, have a capital-sized ship or two, more diverse personal weapons, fleshed out and more polished core functionality (Mining, repairing, multicrew, etc) and then throw all of that together in a trailer to end all trailers.

So I've been loosely paying attention to Star Citizen since it got funded on Kickstarter (don't want to get too into it just in case it flops) but, and I can't be the only one either, I'm really hoping that there's some sort of bigger ship (maybe a destroyer or a cruiser) that has boarding pods on them that hold 1-3 soldiers each, and you literally shoot the pods at other vessels and they burrow into the armor and open up so the boarders can jump out.

I know there probably won't be anything like that but I want it so bad so I can fulfill my dreams of being a space pirate.

Wonky and unreliable way of getting in and out of it aside, I like the Mustang Delta. It's a decently powerful little ship with an open cockpit that flies just fine with a good amount of weapons.

I don't remember how much it was supposed to cost, but if it stays on the cheap end, it might be what I end up getting as a first fighter when the game goes live whenever.

Are they going to be naked, or is that just a sort of paperdoll model? I would expect a society with FTL spaceships to have environment suits or something. Covered in knives. Extendable knives.

Coffee pitching 22.5 degrees aft."[/i] and a additional animation where your guy keeps taking one hand off the yoke to try and steady the sloshing cardboard cup.

The Genesis Starliner drinks trays better include self-correcting tilt dampeners and a projected tractor field to keep the cups upright when being carried from the dispenser to the passenger.

I imagine the Starliner's going to actually have some sort of cooking minigame as well, because journeys can take more than one day (there are options for sleeping quarters) and an all-liquid diet is going to lead to mass dissatisfaction. Either that or everyone's fed MREs out of a vending machine. Eat up, ya fucks, and if anyone complains they get to spend the trip in the cargo hold. :v:
