ive already got dry canal and played it yesterday it was a bitch getting to the final objective, Kilo, and we lost with 8 seconds to go.
I wish there were more maps like Ministry, big building to explore and fight, it really gives me some SWAT 4 vibes. As an element. Breach an- FUCK FUCK FUCK *Gets killed*
An asymetric version of ministry would be great for stuff like strike. It'd also be nice if it had more furniture and decoration, ministry pretty much has two office sections close to each teams spawn, the rest of the building is a big giant waste of usable space :v:.
why do people even use reflex sights in CQB on the AK weapons? it's practically pointless since the AK sights don't obscure your peripheral at all.

I hate how you can just die in this game sometimes and have absolutely no idea how. So many times I've been just sat in a building and then suddenly dropped dead without seeing anyone, or looking down a street and die mysteriously. I know it would detract from the game if you knew where exactly you got shot from but it's so frustrating.
Scan more. If you're on a good team, the enemy will only be approaching you from one side, so you'll have a general idea of where to look and where you got shot from.
I can't believe people still want to remove weapons from the game. Like really how butthurt can you get.
Isnt every weapon in this game basically a 1-hit kill? To be fair, people will be people.

I love it when serious games have weird shit, it makes you feel like you're in a indiana jones movie as a random nazi trooper or something. But yeah, if you're looking for mapping ideas I have a lot and am relatively familiar with hammer so I won't tell you "FLYABLE PLANES THAT DROP BOMBS AND SHIT'
Man, after installing a native voices mod the game is way more immersive. No more vaguely racist sounding "cover me brother ey em reloading", more vaguely middle-eastern language that I can't understand. It really gives you that weird fake-patriotism that I've only really gotten from RO2 before. Also, I fucking love playing as insurgents. I wish they had more asymmetric gamemodes rather than each team having equivalent weapons, but even so I love the insurgent's weapons. AKS-74u is such a fucking good weapon. AP ammo and foregrip and pretty much everything is dead. Combine that with the top tier ammo and you can just mag dump every motherfucker you see.

Only other reason to use reflex sights is because they aim up faster than irons.

There are others that replace pretty much every line with allahu akbar, but the recording quality is terrible and the mod itself is pretty terrible. I would recommend [URL="http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=343865305"]this mod[/URL] if you want to bring out the true isis militant inside of you, though.

The damage system ain't basic?[/QUOTE] headshots are instant kills, and it depends on whether or not you're hitting the torso or the limbs, and it takes anywhere from 1-3 shots to take somebody down depending on what ammo type you have versus what armor they have.
Playing coop feels so immersive in night maps. Feels like we are really facing a real threat. Also played sinjar coop at night with some mates. The RPG Soldier killed all 4 of us with one rocket.

So if you have a vague feel for where that is it's basically unnecessary
