I'm pretty sure the entire M40 series is designed around that, so yeah it would be accurate for the gun in the game and the time period for which it was designed.

I have two theories. Either they were owning money to mafia and started receiving horse heads and needed the cash PRESTO, or, they are planning on turning the game into microtransaction/dlcware like Payday so the basic game might as well be free as far as they are concerned.
Second seems more likely.

Neither TF2 nor Dota 2 allow you to customize your visuals as you wish, without buying keys for crates or bullcrap like that. In Insurgency you can change your skins to anything you like, that is a privilege we do not have in many games anymore. They can't do cosmetic DLC stunts, because they'd have to get rid of workshop support, in order to prevent people from just copying the skins from somewhere else, which would get their reputation ruined. They simply are not as stupid as that, NWI has done pretty much everything right so far, regarding their Early Access phase and their continued updates. I'd love to see them be more successful and be able to expand into different stuff.

in english it's used differently. It's usually "pronto" instead of "presto", despite their meaning in italian
I personally like to say presto (If I say any of them at all), and I don't care what other people think the standard is. Say it however the fuck you want, people will still understand you.

We don't plan on adding any of that to Ins. The bundle was purely to build the playerbase.
