It is if you're counting down! :vs:
counting down to the best game in the series [editline]20th April 2017[/editline]
the first time I got to shrine of amana and heard the poignant singing, I thought I'd reached the end of the game and my several freshly torn new rectums were going to be cared for and soothed. then the soul spears started and I had a fuckin meltdown
pre-nerf amana still gives me nightmares
https://mugenmonkey.com/darksouls3 find out this way
I forgot about this site, thanks
counting down to the best game in the series [editline]20th April 2017[/editline] pre-nerf amana still gives me nightmares
I played it like 3 months ago and I can't even imagine what it was like pre-nerf. Whoever designed the encounters in that area can shove a cactus where the sun doesn't shine.
Dark Souls II has an interesting lore, no doubts, but doesn't have any story to speak of. It's just you going around doing stuff at random because the developers said so. Also, the confrontation with [sp]Vendrick[/sp] is ruined by the fact there is not even as much as a cutscene to present you such an important figure and, should you actually decide to fight him, the whole thing is a fucking marathon with the boss throwing at you the same two or three attacks (which you have seen an hundreds time with other bosses). The two times I actually died were because I was getting rather bored and wanted the fight to end faster by playing a bit more aggressively
You haven't LIVED till you fight him on ng+ with no giant souls and a vast array of broken caestus because you neglected to bring any repair powder so you do like 2-5 damage which just makes the entire thing a battle of endurance and you gotta end it soon cause you livestreaming this mofo and... well yknow just dodge him for like an hour [editline]20th April 2017[/editline]
counting down to the best game in the series [editline]20th April 2017[/editline] pre-nerf amana still gives me nightmares
That shit thought me to dodge proper yo edit: y'all rate funny but that shit ain't a joke.
shrine of amana really wasnt that much of a problem tbh
Spoken like someone that never played pre-patch.
Shrine of Amana was annoying, but I got through it easier than the majority of the other areas of the game. I don't want to imagine it pre-nerf. Black Gulch is still the worse.
I would do shrine over black gulch any day. I never experienced the pre patch horror, lol.
But you could just run through the majority of Black Gulch. :v:
But you could just run through the majority of Black Gulch. :v:
Tell that shit to Woodland Child Gully and his army of hand tentacles.
So what was the Shrine like before the nerf?
So what was the Shrine like before the nerf?
I imagine more stagger/detect range/damage
Scholar of the First Sin's Iron Keep. The first and last time I used the not respawning enemies mechanic to my advantage
Looking for feedback on "fitting" names for strength characters with hammers across all games: -Dirt Nap Donald -Sedative Steve -Concussion Carl -Head Trauma Hank -Blunt Force Bob I am currently using the top two for DS3 and Bloodborne, respectively.
Well, I finally found a really stupid build that somehow still works. Behold: This really shouldn't have worked as well as it did.
Dark Souls 2 fills me with an unreasonable amount of salt. I can play any other game and be just fine, but Dark Souls 2 gets me absurdly mad. I need to beat this fucking game. Edit: I want to beat the game but I don't know if my blood-pressure can handle the amount of rage it induces in me. i fear for my life
I know how you feel. Dark Souls 2 is the only game to turn my frustration into genuine anger
Syrian Strike Moaby
Scalp Strike Mike EDIT: Skull Cave Dave Big Stick Dick

I swear I fought someone using your exact build the other day. Lets just say I had no PvP confidence in myself after that. :v:
Are you on PS4, by any chance? I swear I fought someone using your exact build the other day. Lets just say I had no PvP confidence in myself after that. :v:
Nope, PC. But perhaps some console owning doppleganger had the same idea I did. I wish I had a PS4, then I could play Bloodborne.
I'd imagine this would only work on the dumbest of people. :v: Casting Iron Flesh should have already been the most obvious bait.
I must have fought a lot of really stupid people, then. Wait, no, I know I fought a lot of stupid people, I mean at least 4 of those guys walked right back into my Sacred Flame attack after being hit by it once. That said, this build was actually pretty good against aggressive people, too. Flame fan is a hell of a Pyromancy.
It works because people don't like doing nothing. :v: Speaking of running into things Run into poise
The tryhard I'm up against in arena would probably backstab me as soon as I cast anything with that build

It's so unnessecarily complex.
This is the most elaborate build I've ever seen just for the sake of stabbing people with sticks. It's so unnessecarily complex.
I take it you've never seen Limit Breaker's videos before.
It's getting really frustrating when I backstab someone and they roll out mid-animation while people backstab me when I'm literally looking at them. This is some TF2 facestab fuckery going on here cause my character just 180s and teleports into it half the time.
Keep in mind, what you see is never what your opponent sees. The netcode is just that awful.
This is the most elaborate build I've ever seen just for the sake of stabbing people with sticks.
