A certain NPC fell to death and I saw her drop some items. How do I receive the items?

Reload the game and items will generally be placed where the NPC spawns.
I enjoyed the lenght, pretty sure i missed at least a boss... but for bosses [sp] If they ever make another game like Souls or whatever, they better make the player character FASTER and less "clunky" because Gael is pretty much the major reason i'm not fan of these bosses despite being cool. I hate these constant barrage of sword slashes with little recovery, then sudden dash that you can't punish. It's like i'm fighting a pseudo Platinum boss but playing with a slow paced character even if i'm using the straight sword. Had to stop using ultra greatsword just because of him[/sp]
Maybe it's just me or because i've gotten a better comfort with Nioh's combat but boy i felt crushed.
[sp]Church boss fight is pretty dope. Always fun to mess with people when you invade, even moreso when they can't just run away from you when you do it. [/sp]

Bloodborne's movement was pretty great. They should elaborate on that
[sp]I quite enjoyed the Ringed City (still need to defeat Midir), but I kinda felt like the ending was underwhelming. I had expected some cutscene once I defeated Gael, or one when I turned over the blood to the painter girl. Got nothing, which is really disappointing.
That aside, the whole DLC is so surreal. The Dreg Heap with its collapsing buildings and entire nations, the Ringed City with its almost pristine condition, and then the twist at the end where everything is literally turned to ash, and we're suddenly at the very end of the world itself. It was pretty eerie, even depressing, and I personally think it's been the greatest atmosphere in Dark Souls 3.[/sp]
Thoughts on the DLC so far:
I hate the[sp]motherfucking barrage spamming angel bastards and ghost archers. Also fuck those turtle priests and their heal attack.[/sp]Screw those assholes.
Everything else is rad as hell so far, though. Currently I've only beaten the[sp]Demon Prince[/sp]and reached the[sp]big darkness dragon and the dragonslayer dude in the swamp[/sp]but I'm yet to see anything past that.
is it worth getting the season pass or should i just get the ringed city?
Ok apparently my game glitched for the dlc.
[sp] Supposedly there are NPC invaders, i kept myself embered up but i missed the Alva invader, the Eygol invader. Haven't found any npc invader. I was offline too. They don't say the names only the titles (Alva is just Seeker of the Spurned and Eygol is just Moaning Knight) unless killing Alva before or having Eygol dead won't make them spawn[/sp]

I'd recommend just getting the ringed city, AoA is okay but not really worth it imo
[sp]I have to say, I don't find Midir to be an enjoyable fight at all.
He has an absolutely ludicrous amount of HP, and you can only do half damage to him unless you hit his head. The camera is so bad I can't tell what's going on half the time. He is also stupidly hard to hit since the slightest twitch from him will cause every inch of his body to move two meters in one direction or another. Couple this with what appears to be broken, or at least very poor, hitboxes, and it just turns from what could've been an interesting and awesome fight, into a frustrating battle of attrition.[/sp]
I beat the [sp]Demon Prince[/sp] by using Dorhy's Gnawing. Dudes are waaaaaaaay weak to bleeding. Instead of doing 140 damage a hit with my 519 ar Swordspear, I was doing 1800+ with bleed triggers because of Gnawing.
[sp]Is it possible to summon for Midir? The final boss is a pretty standard 1v1 so I don't expect it to allow for summons but Midir's health pool is bullshit[/sp]
The first boss fight in the dlc isn't enjoyable to me at all. Disregarding having to fight with the camera and sometimes the bosses not alternating between movesets they just have so much god damn health.
So the last boss fight can easily be broken. [sp]Gael's attacks have vertical hitbox issues, by getting him on a slope above you, can can cheeze out some of his moves, simply because they don't hit down. It made the fight a little bit easier. Dargon also has to much health. [/sp]

[sp]You can summon help for all bosses. Helped Linda with Gael, and he helped me with Midir (until we gave up, because screw that boss).[/sp]
Fucking destroyed [sp]Midir on my 20th-something attempt with my SL120 30str 40dex "quality" build.
Went almost full dragonslayer with ornsteins set (which now has the red plume?) and the Dragonslayers axe (the smaller one).[/sp]
I have now soloed all the DLC bosses, only in NG+.
I feel like a complete dick for spawning in as a [sp]Spear[/sp] and immediately one-shotting the host with a parry. :v:
I love all of the references to [sp]Dark Souls 2[/sp] in this dlc. Being invaded by [sp]Alva protecting Zullies corpse[/sp] was a neat moment. So was realizing that [sp]Earthen Peak was in the dreg heap.[/sp]
So was realizing that [sp]Earthen Peak was in the dreg heap.[/sp]
Too bad there was no [sp]broken elevator to Iron Keep[/sp].
Too bad there was no [sp]broken elevator to Iron Keep[/sp].
don't worry, the elevators in the ringed city make up for it by being fucking impossible
The walk from the 2nd city bonfire to the [sp]swamp[/sp] is so painful, sweet jesus :ohno:
So, interestingly enough, if you wear the Desert Sorceress bra with the Sunless leggings as a female, the bra gains a corset-looking lower-half that connects to the leggings. So far this is the only set of leggings I've found that do this.
Pictures.
I hate the runback [sp] to Midir. Elevator -> don't miss the "secret" entrance -> forced to use the ladder or you die from fall -> walk a bit more -> some seconds of falling. How tedious. [/sp]
Finding the DLC rather unenjoyable thus far
being consistently 2shot at 1900hp is not really that much fun
How are things two shotting you at 1900 hp? I got 1000 hp and I can reliably take 3-4 hits from the bigger enemies.
