Pizza cutter.
Saif and Boomhammer tho

And the Beast Cutter. Shit most of the DLC weapons were cool as hell, there was some fantastic creativity there.
I'm still in love with the starter weapons. They're just so good. Especially the threaded cane, it deals with all situations.
I can't pick a favorite weapon though, they're all so special. I still haven't even used the beast claws, chikage, stake driver, and kos parasite though. I want to give the church pick a chance
Church pick is really underwhelming. Once made a character just to try it out, finally got it and was finished with it after about 20 minutes.
tru, but I love the way the church pick looks and the fact you can have a sword that transforms into a fucking scythe.
The Church Pick, by numbers, is one of the more powerful and versatile weapons in the game, really. The moveset is really great and it does pure thrust damage in its tricked form, which very few things in the game resist, and very many things in the game are weak to. Putting bolt paper on it and you'll kill Ebrietas in two seconds. Pretty good in PvP too, the untricked dash R1 is practically instant.
Most of the best weapons are in the DLC, really. The base game weapons, with a few exceptions like the saw cleaver/spear, LHB, or Chikage, are either weak (rifle spear, Reiterpallasch), gimmicky (Tonitrus) or both (cane, claws, stake driver).

Beast Claws with Beast Runes and Beast Form is absolutely monsterous, when farming the One Reborn i'd buff it with fire or bolt and solo it while the host and other phantom would take out the Bell Maidens. Chikage was the best weapon in the game with Skill/Bloodtinge but i think they nerfed it, still really strong though. Stake Driver fire buffed charged R2 is the single most damaging attack in the game iirc, it makes up for the fist moveset.
Damnit i might have to replay Bloodborne now.

I dunno, i built towards it and i think the Saif one game and by and large the Saif ended up way better than the Pick, even if i gimped the Saif with mediocre gems. And dat mobility though.
im doing another character and trying to do some int stuff
are there any int scaling weapons that can be buffed/infused
ive seen some people use the moonlight greatsword but you cant do much with that

I remember a Crystal Astora Greatsword being pretty good for Int, if you want something infused, but obvs that doesn't scale with intelligence by default. I used it until I got the Moonlight GS on my Int/sorcerer character, and then that pretty much replaced it. Moveset and projectiles are fun and it's all around better.
Personally, I still love the Threaded Cane with a passion.
It has great crowd control ability in its whip form (and in a game such as Bloodborne, it really helps), consumes the least amount of stamina per swing and is the only weapon that features both the special damage modifiers (the cane is considered a righteous weapon, while the whip a serrated weapon). I also think that its charged attack does a lot of damage, so if you can sneak upon your enemy and pull of a backstab, chances are you'll one-shoot it afterwards
Aside from that, I like the Rakuyo, the Burial Blade and the Stake Driver very much. I'd also like the Reiterpallasch if I could find any clever use for it, but alas.
Never expected people to like the cane so much. All the people i've seen play either go for the axe or the cleaver.
I'm all for the style. It's pretty satisfying to use too.

The transphormed Axe heavy attack is one of the most devastating attack in the entire game against common enemies, if executed right, if not in the entire series.
I did never understand the appeal of the Clever, to be honest, especially since The Old Hunters DLC introduced more specialized variants that outclass it one way or the other
I'll admit that I haven't tried the axe, but "cane that turns into a whip" is much more interesting to me than "cleaver that turns into a longer cleaver" and "axe that turns into a longer axe".
The whip is a neat weapon, just a bit slow for my tastes. Often get hit in-between R1's so I mainly just use the transforming attacks.
My first playthrough I used the axe up until I got the whirligig saw, then I got the beast claws and used them with beasts embrace for the last third of the game. My second playthrough I used just the cane and I think the cane became my favourite weapon.

But it has giant enemy crabs, for me they fulfill a similar purpose.

You know, with as many crabs as there are, DLC included, i'm really disappointed that they didn't include a secret crab weapon or armor set.

Were there pigs in Demon's Souls?
Were there pigs in Demon's Souls?
Not really. Stingrays and bearburgs were probably the most notable unique enemies in terms of animal\insect. No pigs.
They did have dead horses but as well a giant undead horse in DS2.
The were pigs in DS2 too. Just not as memorable.
The were pigs in DS2 too. Just not as memorable.
The pigs in Majula are pretty memorable IMO. I'm pretty sure everyone tried to kill them early on and either got chased off or killed by them.
the pigs are memorable just for that shit you had to do just to get the fucking pickaxe
I remember farming the Majula pigs and getting the shit scared out of me when a giant pig appeared.

Wait, what?
Wait, what?
In SOTFS if you kill the tiny pigs enough they become two bigger pigs and then if you kill them enough they'll become a giant pig. I only found that out because I was farming them for Cracked Orbs.

A shame the little crab in the ds3 catacombs does nothing.
