Oh god the irony :v:
[SUP]I know the game name sucks.[/SUP]
my credit card got stolen and I lost 4.6 bn
how
HOW
I wish I could just start in the office with a decent amount of money and go from there
I spent like 10 years in the garage because I'm always too scared to go the second office, I always get fucking shit on by massive monthly costs
Hopefully I should be able to make it now that I found out you can just find the perfect settings for simulation and make great games every time
Hopefully
This game makes no sense to me sometimes.
I released a fantasy RPG with scores of around 70 in both design and technology and it gets 9s and 10s across the board.
I then release a surgery simulator with the same sort of stats and I get 3s and 4s.
is this game available for windows 7 yet?

Buy it from the Developers site and it'll run. (The only reason win8 is needed is if you want to buy it from the Windows Store, if you buy it straight from the Devs, you dont need win8)
Playing this game is making me have a little more sympathy for game developers, in that you can spend a massive amount of time and money in a project only for it to get panned because of one tiny little mistake in the production process.
I really wish that once i had a console, I could've become a publisher and make offers to other companies for them to put games on my console.
seems like the game has certain criteria for blockbuster games, and I don't just mean the correct slider positioning I mean at certain times and between certain console releases etc
because it isn't a coincidence that after you make your first engine you instantly release a 10/10/10/9

I think that perfect after almost each engine update is because of increased stats in gameplay and technology.
It's probably based on how old your research is based on what it's expecting. Basic 3D graphics in 2013 obviously aren't going to get rated very highly.

Still developing 2D v2 in year 27 and making hit games :v:
[QUOTE=Ogris;40493162]Sliders seem perfectly normal to me and what i would usually use more or less.
Whats the problem? You wont always get 9's and 10's[/QUOTE]
The percentages changed on the page 5 times in a row within 30 minutes. Someone kept fucking with them.
I bought this on the Windows 8 store when it released. Is it possible to get it on my Mac? If so, how?

They're in the process of figuring out how to give the Steam/Mac/Linux copies to W8 buyers.

fuu all games [thumb]http://i.imgur.com/7XPJwMG.png[/thumb]
all games are the literal worst
if it wasn't for them my airplane action RPG would have gotten perfect 10s
Graphs can't be right. Just got all 2-1 using the Casual percentiles. I might Google Docs one and only give write access to specific people. This wiki is ass.
Made a lot of cash from FARMA 0.2A(text-based military simulator), Bread Space 0.1A and surprisingly successful Bread Space 0.2A and I'm still living in a garage with 11,6M in my pocket. Because fuck offices, I failed miserably with Totally Not EA company(games had proper names and genres, like FUFA, Butterfield, Pee of Need and etc.).

I would too, except one simple mistake doesn't screw up a great game in reality. You can just you know... fix it and delay.
In this game you can't fix a game with delays. Only patches which are pretty random.

what does this say about game hero
I love playing this game but i keep going bankrupt when you move out of the office, My games are way better quality but i only get 4's and 5's, Any tips for that? Sorry if its already posted in the thread.
I tried the demo a while ago. All my games did okay, only making small profits. Then the first handheld was released and I decided to make "Pocket Creatures" with my badass new engine. The game made 4.4 million and then the demo ended.
I want this to come out on steam now.
Tip for surviving the tech park office stage: Save often before starting a game engine, or publishing deal, and right after you sell a game and see you recouped whatever amount you spent.
I wish there was an option to set the price for your games.
Cheating in my book
Has anyone figured out how to mod for the game? It would be good to be able to add more genres, more tech, more R&D and console options and such, or are there no ways to mod?
I just played though the 30 years and sold a CoD parody for 150 million as my best game.
Then as I opened up my R&D Dept. I realized that I was now Gabe Newell.
How do MMO's work long term? I'm not losing money on my MMO only like a year in.
