Weirdest thing i've experienced. Walking through elektro, saw a guy inside a building. Shoots at a player that i don't even know. I wait, suddenly he comes out and runs. I shoot him with a trumpet, he got hit, he runs away. I am holding my position behind a wall. Then a fresh spawn comes at me. Saying "allah akbar" 3x times, but has no weapon. He then walks into the building where this guy came out that i shot. He comes back after 10 seconds, he got an AKM and shoots me. And i was dead.

I'm in this weird limbo where I wanna play DayZ but I can't. Can't play SA because you can basically do all there is to be done in 2h, and can't play the mod cause it's so fucking clunky and shitty and SA has spoiled me so I can't go back.
It would be nice if dayz had random end game goals that actually took a long time to do, so it gives you a purpose to most of your plays. I find in open world games, if they dont really give you a specific goal aside from survive, then it gets pretty boring pretty fast unless you can think of stuff to do. In DayZ its you get all the top gear, a vehicle maybe, and then what?
I could do with building bases and defending against AI bandits and zombies or something. But in sp where i know shit won't just disappear because it feels like it

2 of the 3 admins got a bit mad after getting killed. I thought it was kinda silly but I also think the other users kinda overblowed the issue

Also i have some fake gun sounds ready, But i think they sound really bad and nobody will fall for it. Or maybe it does confuse players?? Anyone tried this before?

If you really want to confuse players both new and old then use the actual reports of weapons from in-game and just not something off of youtube

Well, got something betters now. I ripped off the Day Z SA ingame sound effects. Combined them all together with audacity.
