I think I might try and start some Warcraft 3 games early in the morning tomorrow, maybe we can pick up people in far east timezones. Depends on if I sleep in or not.

I love this game so much I have easily racked up over 1500+ hrs just playing mods alone. Anyways i remember when Vampirism Fire was the bomb. I was always the first person to get the slayers hut and start building one usually at 43 seconds - 53 seconds.

God damn it, I had the Warcraft III: Battle Chest addition for a while. But ever since I moved about a year ago I could never find my Warcraft III or frozen throne disks. (I didn't even finish the campaign.) Reading this thread is tempting me to keep looking for the millionth time or go buy the game for the third time already. Other than that, I loved what I played so far in the campaign, skirmish and online mods were truly addictive. I miss this game a lot.

I still never beat the campaign for the regular game and never even started the expansion yet. Gotta do that eventually...

I was just making the joke that all you used to see in Mp were DOTA games. I was quite partial to zombie mods and party mods. Kodo tag was pretty fun.

I didn't really care for the role-play only because everyone just wanted to have sex with the female elves or whatever. But what exactly is Kodo tag?

You're tiny orcs that have to run away and defend yourself from kodos tagging the players into a cell. Pretty fun.

Trying to enjoy Stacraft 2 custom games is hard, mainly because of how much Blizzard fucked up the custom games system.

Am I the only one that can't run Gameranger? It keeps telling me to install Flash Player Active X even through I already have it installed.

Oh wow, The battle Chest addition is only 19 bucks, I remember paying 39 dollars for it. I'm debating whether to buy it again, what do you guys think? Should I buy it again or buy a different game?

You can extend the disk to find the less popular games in descending order, but its literally impossible to find a game for any of the custom games that are not within the top ten. In the end, you just get a list of ten custom games to play that rarely change around because obviously the only games that are being played are going to remain popular. Even worse, a lot of REALLY cool custom games are released that never get any attention and die because they don't have a chance at making it into the top ten. I had no idea there was a thread for WC3. I though that no one here played it anymore. I still play it pretty often, and I would play it more if I had people who would play other maps aparts from DotA or those crappy rererererereeditions of maps like Green TD, Footman wars etc. I got a pretty good stock of realy good, yet very underrated maps if anyone is interested. That sounds terrible. Edit I've been taking a bit of a break from hosting Warcraft 3 custom games, playing other games. I'll host some more games tomorrow, got a new version of the Escape Builder that nearly killed me laughing the other day. (chickens.)

So I checked the lobby, and I wasp leased to see there were still servers. So I bypassed all the DOTAs and the Blizzard wars or whatever it was. There was not a single player in the 4 lobbies I tried. great sadness was felt.

If I remember right the original plan was to only invite people to the group if they play with the group semi-regularly.
