Oh god I remember I loved one map, I think it was called Azeroth Wars or something of that nature, you'd pretty much have the entirety of Azeroth, plus a little bit of the Outland, and every player would pick a nation and, if things played out correctly, you could have the entire WC3 campaign just playing out perfectly in a multiplayer game. It was great, for example if you picked whichever nation that Arthas belonged to, I think it was Lordaeron, you could find Frostmourne, and, if you wanted, you could go kill King Menethil with it, eradicate what was left of your kingdom, then join the scourge faction and pretty much rape shit seeing how, if you did everything correctly, you'd become the lich king and the rest of the server would pretty much band up to try and stop you. ofc dwarves best faction to play as
Shit was cash. Multiplayer campaign, except condensed into one big battle
i played that map as night elves once and it was my first time, the rest being a mix of noobs and veterans
i stomped that shit so hard i owned like one and a half contintent b4 everyone left

azeroth wars was fun when you played as arathor, until the various shitheads in outlands came through the portal

This one is realy good, but it's a heavy map (70mb).
And I got some very good, old campaings (the Dwarf campaing) stored somewhere. The sites where they came have been dead for years, but I can reupload them if you want.

I found the dwarfs campaign and downloaded it, I'm playing it as we speak. :v:
The former campaign you gave me didn't really.. Well, interest me that much, sadly. But it's appreciated.
The zombie map seems to be too outdated for the current version of TFT .
And I played the Arcadia campaign a long while ago, it was definitely unique.

anyone remember the vampire maps?
you would have two main vampires and you would get like 2 minutes to run and construct a basic base and build fortifications.
i used to play warcraft 3 almost all the time, but i stop playing it after WoW came out, and other interesting games. I've tried to get into DOTA but the community is hostile. I've try to play games like Tower Defenses and use to enjoy them, but now it's irritates the hell out of me when I start to lose (i hate losing period, find no enjoyment of losing). Try to get into the rp stuff but it's gotten boring after making the same shit over and over again.
This was like back when I was in middle school a couple years ago, before WoW came out and dabbled with it.
damn. i used to play warcraft iii all fucking day. i remember my cousin pre-ordered it and when i played i was jealous as fuuuck. i eventually got it and got so good and had one of those 1,000 win icons or whatever it was. would watch the pros all the time and try to learn everything i could, practiced getting my apm up and all that jazz. i played a shitton of hero wars and hero line wars and tower defense maps too. wc3 was honestly the shit and i wish i still played but i lost my cd key and haven't gotten around to buying it again.
What's with all the shite hosting bots people use nowadays? 90% of the time they never even start because they only start with a full house.

I had started playing WC3 again out of nostalgia and its really depressing seeing the bots everywhere
Okay, it's Friday, I'd like to try and get a group together for playing on the weekend, this time tomorrow or Sunday, maybe a short time earlier for Euro Timezones and not too early for American Timezones.
I'll attempt to, between now and then, forward a port so we can do it on battle.net, if not, GameRanger will have to do.
