Just a fair warning to everyone playing GTAO on PC: there are some reports of a new hack that allows the user to change the ranks of other players and do other bad shit like draining cash as well. I do not know how accurate these reports are, but given the shit that has happened in the past, this being real would not surprise me at all.

New adversary mode Land Grab is now available with double cash/RP. It seems like there isn't anything else so we will probably need to wait a bit longer for the Duke O'Death.

Just to be safe, tell Rockstar about it. If you have any proof of the situation such as video, include that. They shouldn't ban you, but the paranoid stoner in me thinks that they might make a mistake with something new, and most likely hasn't been seen before coming out recently.
I'm gonna save up for a vehicle warehouse, should be fun to export stuff with it. It lets me test shit out like the X80 and Zentorno and the likes, but also makes a good bit of money with it.
You don't have to tell rockstar that you got duped money. If they decide to check your player account (which is unlikely), they will correct it themselves.

This is no longer unconfirmed, stay out of public lobbies because people are able to do some very bad shit with your GTAO progression. It seems like Rockstar has a new [url=https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005592527-Cheat-method-affecting-PC-PS3-and-Xbox-360-systems-in-GTA-Online]support article[/url] recognizing this issue as well.

Although as of now ever since I added the vehicle mods, going to online and back to sp after relaunching the game with mods does not fix this issue soo idk what has changed...

I believe the trucks with fuel tank trailers could be used to kill passive players on current gen. It's not very easy to do which is why you rarely see the message. I think the feature was originally made to stop people on 360/PS3 from killing passive players with vehicles since passive mode was really shit back then.

I miss cargo plane shenanigans tbh
I got killed in passive mode once by being in a car as passenger with someone without passive on, and the car blew up
Idk if that can still happen but that's how it worked
If you drive toward a passive player with sufficient speed but jump out before you hit them the vehicle will usually kill, same way it works in battlefield
