I always forget about Bullshark, I've honestly never used it once.
It's really unbalanced because CEOs and VIPs can constantly spawn it at their feet for $1000 without a cooldown or a notification to say that they're using it (apart from in 1v1 deathmatches, where it says "NAME picked up a Bullshark Testosterone) so a lot of players will spawn it every life so they have double health and damage to try and cheese their way through fights. I'd really like for the CEO bullshark feature to just have it dropped off a few streets away in discreet areas like it does when you call Brucie and with a cooldown of 3 minutes, in its current state it's really fucking OP. It also helps you see easier at night because of the screen tint. Or just remove it from the game, PvP is rotten and painfully unbalanced enough already.

The only times I've seen it used by people are to bring down jets using the Heavy Sniper (with BST you can down a jet with three shots). It might be OP in some DMs, but I don't really think it is OP in Free Mode [editline]12th October 2016[/editline]
If I buy a jet for 3 fucking million, it should be able to wreck shit, don't ya think? Nobody is going to spend such money on a paperweight which would cost 38€ in Shark card terms. Doesn't mean you have to be a dick with it, I mostly us it for other annoying pilots or those kuruma kiddies.
I don't really get what's so bad about it. The Hydra is cheap, that's why most people use it against CEOs and MCs. Why waste money on ammo and expose yourself in the ground for a little bit of cash, when you can just call an Hydra for $200 and do the same job 10x times easier.
has anyone every had other mc's or police attempt to raid their place yet without getting the security upgrade?
has anyone every had other mc's or police attempt to raid their place yet without getting the security upgrade?
I've had police raid my meth lab even with the security upgrade. I don't think it really changes much.
I've had police raid my meth lab even with the security upgrade. I don't think it really changes much.
Guess i'll just forgo getting the security upgrade for my monopoly money generator. ... Which is like not even a minute from the paleto police station :v:
I've had both the police and the lost raid my weed farm (without security upgrade) one right after the other - I had just finished resupplying the farm and when I left the building some cops and unmarked cruisers spawned out of nowhere sorrounding the place. I killed every single cop there and then as I was leaving the area LJT calls me telling that bikers were raiding the farm :v:

so, yesterday I bought an armored Kuruma again since I sold my last one and it apparently disappeared completely just a while after I bought it I was cruising with it with my friend as a passenger and I decided to upgrade it a little I went into the local LS customs with my friend still in the car, bought the upgrades I wanted and left not long after I started driving away I spotted a car I wanted to keep, so I left my Kuruma for my friend to use while I took the car I stole to the same LSC again I got a tracker and insurance for it while my friend was somewhere around the LSC interior in the Kuruma and he said the Kuruma disappeared just as I left the LSC I'm pretty sure I had garage space for the Kuruma to fall back to (though my main 10-car garage it used to be in was full while I had an empty 2-car garage) and I don't remember seeing any warnings when I got the tracker for the car I stole the mechanic doesn't appear to have it and calling Mors doesn't do anything am I just screwed? is there any hope in making a support ticket?

So is Rockstar gonna do anything for Vice City Stories' 10th anniversary like they did with III, VC, and LCS'? At least a mobile port would be nice. Nothing could come close to what they did for III's 10th anniversary though. That was nice.
It still blows my mind that you can play SA on your phone now.
Any way in 1.36 to have both a shemagh and body armour?
You know what would be a legitimately really useful feature for the iFruit app to have? One I'm baffled it didn't have from the start? The ability to use that in place of the in-game phone. Like, use your actual smartphone to navigate those menus, call contacts, accept jobs and whatnot. Using the in-game phone while doing basically anything else is difficult on controller, and still obnoxious on keyboard. Having the phone's menu just displayed on your real smartphone to interact with at any time would be really convenient; maybe it'd also include the in-game internet to let you browse and purchase vehicles or deposit money without having to absorb your entire screen.
Yo Brosef! I'm having major internet problems right now so I can't get back in! "I've fallen, and I CAN'T GET UPPPPP" Thanks for the laughs!

It's like my internet just shat itself into oblivion. Surprised I even got on Facepunch to be honest.
I wish you could access Open Road on your phone so you could easily check how much supplies your businesses have.

It takes long enough to push license plate updates, imagine hundreds of thousands of people messing with the phone buttons on the same server that went down for 3 days after launch :v:

Other companion apps can just communicate through your home network just fine.
Plus, you can only run one RSSC game at a time on the same SC account, so they wouldn't have to run it through their servers anyway to verify whether or not you're in-game; just check whether the SC account on both the PC and phone match, and proceed from there. If they tie it to that for authentication while the app starts and make it communicate with the game over wifi, there wouldn't be all too much more lag than an old wireless keyboard. [editline]13th October 2016[/editline] Wouldn't even need a remote authenticator actually, since it would basically just act as a partial input proxy to the game itself. Would just need to check once on boot to make sure it's actually you, assign a unique ID to your smartphone, and from there it would be seamless, even after multiple restarts of the app, game, and both devices.
Hey can I be invited into one of the crews? PsychedelicLiz is the name.
Invited.
Honestly the iFruit app felt like something outsourced to an Indian phone app company that only used like 0.1% of the budget

Fallout 4 had something similar with the Pip-boy app and it was a cool gimmick, somewhat useful if you wanted to have a map out but that's it. Otherwise it was extremely clunky going from keyboard/controller to your phone to click on something and then back to game.
I actually used that app in a survival run. The word immersive gets thrown around a lot these days but it really did add to the game in that aspect, at least for me. The fact the app doesn't pause the game made using it a tactical decision, which I kinda liked, and it meant you could quickly switch stuff while moving without using the hotkeys finally. GTAV's phone doesn't pause the game anyway though, and it shares many of the game's other inputs while they're actively being used, rather than the pip-boy's full game pause and clear input method switch. Companion apps are at their best when they reduce the amount of on-screen clutter without making the core elements they compliment or replace more complicated or difficult to use. If anything, using what's clearly meant to imitate a touchscreen's UI with an actual touchscreen would speed up navigating it considerably. [editline]14th October 2016[/editline] Not to mention, raise your hand if you've accidentally accepted a job or answered the phone while trying to do something else like driving. Can't even begin to count the number of times I've gone from sweet drifts to slamming into a wall because the damn phone hijacked my handbrake button without my consent. Fuck that, putting that into a companion app instead fixes that problem completely.

Is LJT voiced by the same guy that did Lester's voice? They sound a bit similar.
