You just have to go to the gallery in the pause menu, find the photo you want, then click the right stick, or whatever the equivalent is on keyboard to upload it.

Seriously, how many weeks has it been since that thing was first revealed? Three or four?
I'm not impressed by or looking forward to the Shotaro. I highly suspect that 99% of people who buy it are probably going to paint it crimson red, blow out the tires, and pretend to be Kaneda from Akira by sliding their bikes everywhere.
There will be a GTAO Akira slide gif/video coming in the near future.

I guarantee 90% of the GTA online population have no idea what Akira is.
If anything, they'll just do TRON stuff
I'm going to make mine white with light blue trim as a loose Portal reference.
Which I know looks good because when I mentioned that in a pub lobby, suddenly a stripper appeared next to me, spawned one, and colored it that way so I could see what it looked like.
Mine's probably gonna have green light, for obvious reasons.
My recent internet troubles seemed to have died down, the router was recently moved so I adjusted it a little. Now I can play online without dropping every few minutes. So far I'm having a great time, managed to get a nice set up after a few rounds of Lost vs Damned. So here's my character, her place, and her swaggin' wagon.

Also already managed to have Baker's Street be playing while I was biking along the coastal cliffs at sunset, which is, like, the one thing I wanted this game for so, you know, money well spent.
Every time I try to do something like that someone sends a mugger after me or calls mercenaries.

If there's someone camping the roof of something, throw the flare at the very corner of that building's wall at ground level, and 2/3 of the airstrike will hit the roof.

It has the potential to work pretty well in certain FAPS combat events that involve golf courses and buses, but I remember it had some applications against pubbers as well when they're camping on rooftops. You could throw the flare at the bottom of the building and assuming it wasn't too high, the airstrike would hit the roof instead.

Document forgery is much cheaper but produces less than cocaine does. Cocaine has a much bigger investment, but you'll make a profit on the money you spent a lot quicker than the documents. Cocaine also requires supply runs a bit more often than the documents.
I'd recommend the cheapest cocaine lab as long as you can get the security upgrade for it, the other upgrades also help a lot.

Thanks for posting the tutorial, I didn't like how my character looked before whenever her face changed expressions and now I like her.
