Maybe so, but this is the first time I've ever experienced such an aggressive anti-fandom of a single vehicle that's not armored. To the point where there was an entire MC that dropped what they were doing just to drive half the city over and harass me, after they heard from someone else in text chat that I had it. [editline]t[/editline] Which was then later followed by a bounty, mercenaries and a mugger, in the span of like ten minutes. I hadn't even fired a single shot since I joined that session, it was JUST people being salty about that bike.

Outside of the FP crew I've only encountered one Shotaro, and I merely drove around them flipping them off or giving them a thumbs up for having it. What's the point of abusing someone for having it?

Those people who attack you just because you have a new vehicle probably would've shot at you even if you didn't have anything special.

For me any game that involves shooting has to be played with KB+M. I may be biased tho since I really don't like controllers at all.
I never understood games like GTA with a mouse, it feels like a sin to play without a controller. Like I'm the only guy at a Black Sabbath Concert wearing a Sonny and Cher shirt, I'm entirely out of place with the style of game
I recently bought Red Dead Redemption (so I have to play it with a controller) and I hate that. It's uncontrollable.
I like using a controller for third person games, but I like using mouse and keyboard for first person shooters when I can.

It ain't my fault grinding is too difficult for them.
Personally I like using a mouse on foot and switching to controller when in a vehicle, even though I've only spent a small amount of my time playing on PC compared to console...it's a decision between having accurate camera movement/aiming (mouse vs thumbstick) or analogue movement (WASD vs thumbstick), and I find imprecise aiming more annoying than only being able to move in 8 directions.
I just stick to using a keyboard and mouse. I find it more controllable and less discomforting for my hands. I never have enjoyed controllers too much.
This is the thing :v GTA isn't twitchy, you shouldn't need a mouse. It's tailored for a casual, controller experience, not sitting 10 inches from the screen to pixel snipe. GTA isn't a shooter, it's a driving game with lock-on aiming, no mouse required [editline]14th November 2016[/editline] And trying to play in free-aim lobbies with a mouse/controller is silly imo, because people are either total garbage or waaay too good at it
The marksman rifle is some occult magic shit. Whenever I see someone using it against me I just use explosives. Not worth playing fair against the bad guys.
A controller has alleviated the carpal tunnel that using a keyboard and mouse had given me after thousands of hours in Steam games. But in times when i find myself on top of a roof, in a sniping position, or stuck in one cover position against a bunch of enemies, i set it down and use the mouse for fine aiming
I was doing an MC mission just now and two people in a kuruma came up and spawn killed me and I refused to waste money destroying them. When I ask why they said that I was doing a stupid mission and they couldn't do their while I was doing mine. I had two crates left, they literally traded 30 seconds for 8 minutes.
I play with a mouse and keyboard when on foot and a controller when in a vehicle. When shooting from a vehicle I just want to die. I would maybe use the controller when on foot if I didn't have to spam to sprint.
Switch to alternate controls, then it's L3 to sprint.
Steam controller works pretty nicely for GTAV, as far as I've used it. Set the pad to mouse-like joystick but keep aim assist on. Sniping no longer sucks, but you can still do the snap-and-adjust instant headshot trick with short-range weapons.

Like I'm the only guy at a Black Sabbath Concert wearing a Sonny and Cher shirt, I'm entirely out of place with the style of game
I find GTA to be just terrible with a controller. Lock-on aiming sucks and manual aiming with analog sticks is a nightmare. And driving in GTA is never hardcore enough for you to gain any significant advantage with a controller.
Speaking of sniping, there's just something so satisfying about collecting a bounty with a silent sniper from a merryweather pickup about a kilometer and a half or 2 away from where the guy is. Plus if the guy asks for it in chat you get to say a cheesy one-liner such as "Stand still." :v:

My strategy is putting Sticky Bombs on a car, going off the radar, drive up to the target, pretend to be an NPC and then blow myself up when they get close.
Playing with M&KB has the benefit of absolutely destroying someone with the Heavy Sniper
I've played all the GTA games with KB+M, and recently I got a controller for emulation purposes and decided to try driving in GTA 5 with it, Fuck me I felt like the worst driver in history, let alone my flying capabilities :v: I'm so used to driving and shooting with KBM that it feels all natural for me.
The Pegassi Esskey is now available for $264,000 on Southern SA Super Autos. There doesn't seem to be a new event or discount with this week unless Rockstar fucked up.
Offroad bikes are kinda hard to tell apart tbh
So I got the Del Perro Heights appartent and a nice car, should I save up for a Kuruma? Also are engine upgrades and all that stuff worth it? (I like customizing cars)
So I got the Del Perro Heights appartent and a nice car, should I save up for a Kuruma? Also are engine upgrades and all that stuff worth it? (I like customizing cars)
If you mean the Armored Kuruma, I would recommend not buying it unless you plan on doing Criminal Mastermind and believe you absolutely need it there. Most of the uses that the car has are made irrelevant if you're careful and don't rush shit. By not buying it and just being careful in fights, you're saving yourself $500,000. If you mean the regular Kuruma, I wouldn't expect much customization and I wouldn't expect to win many sports races that are on roads, but if you like the car I don't see why not. It has some uses in sports races/certain time trials that go offroad because it has no traction loss though. As for engine upgrades and other performance upgrades, they're worth it, but I'd recommend only buying the best upgrade if you can. I don't think it's worth wasting the money on lower tier performance upgrades because you'll eventually unlock the next tier anyways.
And essential guns would be the AP pistol, micro smg (?), Special Carbine and the marksman rifle? I also got the sniper rifle. Are grenade launchers nice? [editline]15th November 2016[/editline] Should I bother with setting up heists at rank 21? Also woot there's a FP crew, finally no more pub heisting I hope :3 (People flying the Vellum into the Valkyrie, or after getting past the cops bug and jumping out of the Vellum and dying,... )
And essential guns would be the AP pistol, micro smg (?), Special Carbine and the marksman rifle? I also got the sniper rifle. Are grenade launchers nice?
I find that the .50 Pistol, AP Pistol, Special Carbine, Advanced Rifle, Combat MG, and Heavy Sniper(Marksman Rifle has its uses, but if you can aim well, the Heavy Sniper will win pretty much every fight) are the best choices for guns. I find that SMGs aren't necessary at all and that most shotguns are pretty much on par with each other(the Assault Shotgun being the easiest to use and the Double Barrel Shotgun being a complete waste of money). Heavy weapons(including grenade launchers) can be pretty useful, but they're also expensive as fuck if you use them a lot or die while holding them.
Should I bother with setting up heists at rank 21?
If you're hosting or playing with friendly people(FAPS crew or friends), it doesn't really matter what level you are, but playing heists with pubbers is usually a bad idea because they're usually shit at the game or act like complete cunts.

I like driving around with a controller, since the keyboard is basically 100% acceleration or braking when you press the key. With the controller, I can accelerate slowly or whatever.
