Man, I'm still kinda hoping for a low-class business venture update. Was thinking something like purchasing fronts or hideouts, where you can operate various rackets like loan sharking, protection, contract killing, illegal gambling (might also introduce poker and black jack minigames) and so on. Now that i think of it, it would have missions like smashing up rival shops for protection money, collecting debts etc. It would pay less than CEO and MC businesses, but it would be a great way for poor players to earn money.
They need to bring back pay phone assassination missions. There were like three of them in story mode, but they didn't really seem to go anywhere with them. They just kinda threw them in there.
I'm trying to do a thing of playing every GTA game in sequential order, and I wanted to start with the top-down games first. Except holy shit GTA 1 has not aged well at all. Even attempting to set up gamepad controls proved futile as my character kept walking in circles. Maybe I can try again with a PlayStation port. But since my milk's turned sour I started with GTA III instead. Doing good so far.
I wish they would nerf the insane aimbot from the infintely scaling AI enemies. As much as people hate on it, I actually find the whole cover shooting system to be pretty satisfying with the animations I would do more gang attacks and missions if they wouldn't be so frustratingly difficult, I just want some moderately challenging co-op experience with my friends

Sometimes they're one man tanks... And sometimes they're napalm coated tissue paper oragami. It all depends on who's (shooting) at them.
Huh.... I decided to relocate my office to the Arcadius Business Center, only gave myself a gun locker this time, and no decor changes. Visited the office, made a loadout, and did some other stuff. I come to the office like an hour or two later to actually do some CEO work, and the decor seems to have randomly changed. It's now Old Spice Warm and I don't remember paying for such a decor, I checked my transactions, and it doesn't seem to add up like I accidentally paid the 950k price tag, so it seems as if the game bugged out and gave me the decor for free. I'm both curious as to whether this is some known bug, or has happened to anybody else, but I suppose I shouldn't complain. It's actually the decor I wanted, but didn't want to spend that much on it.

So turns out John Marston's voice actor is from my hometown. fuck yeah
I went over my screenshots recently and put together some highlights of the 2000 hours i've played [thumb]http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/142255738568960278/C0C62994DA3BDE15CF896A530086212346394989/[/thumb]
Nothing wrong with RPing.

Would anyone be able to recommend some good, easy to install mods? I was trying out GTA Realism but kept getting a crash, so I'm not sure if it's actually up to date or not right now. I'm trying to find a good comprehensive mod to make things more realistic while adding a lot of life to the world. I wish more mods used that mod package system, it's way easier to deal with. EDIT: GTA 5 Redux seems interesting, anyone use that?
Why is rockstar so shit? Everything they add has to be fucking dm orientated. Want to deliver drugs? Too bad, find a completely empty server or 5 other players because you've gotta drive around 3 shitty defenseless vans, and have an extra 3 players to defend each van cos we reward people for random deathmatching now ;)) I swear next dlc is going to be the same trash. 'Drive this shitty van or truck with no chance of defense while we reward players for fucking you over ;))' [editline]24th November 2016[/editline] Even almost all the adversaries are just boring 'lmao shoot other people' garbage. Deadline was fun, now what they added is the same shit.
Even almost all the adversaries are just boring 'lmao shoot other people' garbage. But yeah most combat adversaries are absolute trash, shit like Rhino Hunt and and Entourage, good god they are beyond pain to play.
Still waiting for a hunting adversarie mode. All players get the same guns and whoever kills the most deer, rabbits, samsquanches wins.
I expected to like the current adversary mode because it sounded like a "gun game" gametype and what I got was a sloppy attempt to team-sync gun game. Lightcycles was cooler.
EDIT: GTA 5 Redux seems interesting, anyone use that?
I don't know much about GTA V modding unfortunately, but I've heard shit about the "creator" of GTA V Redux being a cunt who stole tons of work from other people. I'd personally avoid something like that. [editline]d[/editline]
Why is rockstar so shit? Everything they add has to be fucking dm orientated. Want to deliver drugs? The work is designed to be frustrating so the people who are unsuccessful thanks to R* bullshit or asshole pubs will either stop playing, put up with the bullshit, or skip the grind by buying shark cards. Most people are going to choose the first two options, but shark cards have a high enough price that they can still make some money from the few who actually buy that shit. Also, hate to say it, but based off of what Rockstar said about the next update, it's still going to be the same shit where your attempt at making money can be ruined by one cunt with a Hydra.
Unpopular opinion, but a part of me hopes SOFTSECRETS predictions are all real and the import and export cars is Law and Order DLC.
I was rather hoping I could escape all the softsecrets and XXII stuff when using other forums, but I suppose that was a bit naive of me in retrospect.
I was rather hoping I could escape all the softsecrets and XXII stuff when using other forums, but I suppose that was a bit naive of me in retrospect.
Most people here know that the "leaks" from softsecrets were bullshit because half of the shit he stated wasn't realistically achievable from any dev team without cutting a fuck ton of corners. As for XXII, I don't even think anyone cares about him anymore. All I remember about him is that he posted shitty renders that looked nothing like GTA.

Half of them don't even have install info like you're just supposed to know where everything goes. All I really want is something for weapon handling/sounds, pedestrians, better cop system, maybe visual stuff.
EDIT: GTA 5 Redux seems interesting, anyone use that?
It's shit and is brimmed with stolen content, don't use it.
sumo was probably the best adversary mode
Rockstar should have waited to release Sumo with the stunt pieces so the maps weren't as small or boring
Am I the only one that doesn't like using explosives in this game? They feel too cheap to me. I prefer a good gunfight.
It's shit and is brimmed with stolen content, don't use it.
Yeah, I ended up just using VisualV, Realistic Dispatch, World of Variety, Rippler's Realism mod + sound mod and a Max Payne 3 euphoria phsyics mod. Anything else that'd be good to add more content to SP?
Nothing better than having a firefight and some guy just resorts to rockets and stickies because they have no gungame :D "BRO I'M WRECKIN YOU GET OVER IT YOU JUST MAD" "well once you ran out of rockets I went 40-6"
It's weird when they come running in a straight line throwing grenades and expect not to be shot in the face. I don't know why but people tend to fight on the most random ocasions, like when I already delivered supplies and I'm just riding in the middle of nowhere doing nothing.
Rockstar should have waited to release Sumo with the stunt pieces so the maps weren't as small or boring
I mean you wouldn't want a Sumo map to be huge or anything. Too big and it's impossible to push people off before overtime.
Kill Quota is pretty great. [t]http://image.prntscr.com/image/0634b459d5514567b1f329ca026e339e.png[/t]
