That doesn't work anymore anyway. You can't transfer accounts any more. They disabled it to stop people from getting modded accounts.

Is it common to just get kicked for 90% of the jobs you join? I transfered my old character over and I'm at level 16 if that effects anything.

So you have less health than higher level players. So people will use that as a reason to not have you in the job.
