Of all the vehicle recovery missions, the one where you have to use the cargobob to take it off the boat is the worst. I tried to hook the car, and one of the enemies aimbotted me instantly and I died, blowing up the car too. FUCK....OFF
I think the worst possible scenario for a vehicle recovery is having a slow car and choppers/chasers that respawn a shit ton of times before you reach the warehouse. Two of the three barge recoveries I've played allowed me to snipe the enemies on the barge before I picked up the car which made it pretty simple. [editline]d[/editline] Also, have some prices that have been leaked by funmw2 and compiled into a picture. [t]https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CzqfbAqUoAAmRO-.jpg[/t] The prices for custom variants factor in the base price of the car, so no, you don't pay $2,045,000 to turn the Nero into the custom variant.
I regret what I've done in a fit of rage. I killed a level 41 about 13 times within 4 minutes because I was customising my car in the mod shop only to be taken out of it and blown up. It was also my Elegy Retro and I was bloody fuming because I treat it as my greatest car ever. I got out my heavy sniper and I must've spawnkilled him 5 times at least during the DM (he requested) after I already killed him 3 times. I just kept going. I couldn't stop but I was honestly so fed up with everyone on GTA today that I let it out on him. He quit since he was obviously getting destroyed and I'm here regretting my actions. Still, shouldn't have blown me the fuck up dickhead

He's probably played for at least 1 or two weeks, and understands how cutthroat the game is. If he wanted to, he could go into passive any time.

Are all the customs Benny's vehicles?
Are all the customs Benny's vehicles?
Yes. These are the images on Benny's website thanks to funmw2: [t]https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CzkDaNIXcAAh6uH.jpg[/t][t]https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CzkDb9vXAAASDFI.jpg[/t] [t]https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CzkDIVCWQAEwDJD.jpg[/t][t]https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CzkDJ0oXAAAltkX.jpg[/t] [t]https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CzkC9yKW8AASbHG.jpg[/t][t]https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CzkC-8KXgAE4b7j.jpg[/t] [t]https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CzkCt8ZXAAArtCb.jpg[/t][t]https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CzkCvc5WIAAvGfJ.jpg[/t] I don't think one was posted for the bike, but I honestly don't expect many people to actually give a shit about the bike anyways.
looks strange when the retro comet is already kitted with widebody
looks strange when the retro comet is already kitted with widebody
There is no stock version of the Retro Comet, you have to convert the regular Comet into the Retro much like the Elegy.
I wonder if the Comet Retro will be put into Sports Classics or will be kept in Sports. Also really hoping some of those cars are Sports and will be able to take it up to Elegy. It would be nice have some other options.

[t]http://i.imgur.com/kQFvd2v.jpg[/t] Old unt new. Finally I could get rid of my second Elegy - by turning it into the old one.
Kinda bummed that the Comet retro won't have a stock form, was really hoping to have a stock one on my second character and a custom one on my main. At least there looks to be a lot of customization. But man do I like every vehicle from this update. And while I am a little put off that you have to Benny's all of them, namely the diabolus since there's nothing you can do to it without Benny'sing it, it's also really good to see that Benny's hasn't been forgotten.

Also from what I've seen, looks like they've basically based most of the mods off Nakai-san's creations so it likely wont be hard to remake any of his cars.
I haven't played that game for like a year, but with some friends we kinda want to give it another go. What is the best way to get enough money for CEO status or equivalent?

Other than that, contact missions solo really
i hope they have a blue whale sized whaletail for comet retro to accomodate that widebody or square shaped spoiler so i can pretend i'm driving blackbird
So since I can still transfer characters from PS3 to PC and modding is alive and well on PS3. Could I mod a character to be super rich on the PS3 and transfer them over to PC? Has anyone modded a character on PS3 and can give advice? Has anyone done what I'm describing? There's not much point in me buying the game on PC if I'm going to be broke since I'm very aware of how miserable the grind is in this game.

I don't know if you'll have any luck trying to do that stuff.

People create these and sell them for up to $100 on some sites, depending on what you want. I didnt mod my own, but I use one - only had fun so far.

I am also so glad they based it off a 911/964 instead of the 993. I am really excited for it but no non widebodied version means I wont have two. :P
I hope the FCR is good enough to act as a replacement to my current Bati. I'm kind of a sucker to vehicles from older games getting put into the HD ones.
So, does the phantom wedge also blow up after 20 cars just like the ramp car?
Was playing the humane heist and on the last mission during the getaway one of the players ran into the tail rotors of the helicopter and died failing the heist. I screamed.
I forgot about the police lineup photo the game does at the end of face edits and my character reveals himself to be a smug piece of shit after I'm done checking out what my face values were [thumb]http://puu.sh/sQvxS/bb7388ada5.png[/thumb]
Find some facepuncher who has biker stuff, you can buy your own clubhouse after like, an hour or two. Other than that, contact missions solo really
turns out I had some expensive cars laying around, got enough to buy a motorcycle club, so it should work out !
One neat thing of the recent updates is that they do keep you feeling like you're the bigger man, considering you do start your own business and work as a boss rather than someone's dutyboy
Still no 80's supercars. Come on Rockstar and give me the Vice City Cheetah or a Deluxo.
