I can confirm that every new method of spawning money is detected now, stay in a private sesh if you don't wanna get banned.

How can you confirm that?

his dad works at rockstar
I'll leave it short and sweet, rockstar has been able to detect almost any tunable being executed for quite some time and recently most menus have been using previously encrypted tunables that have been unencrypted, nobody bothered to unencrypt it before because it dropped such a little amount of money. I guess rockstar never bothered to add them to whatever the fuck they're using for detection because they never thought people would bother to unencrypt them, or alternatavely they did hope that people would unencrypt them and then they would be banned.
There is a reason why alot of menus now don't allow you to do cool shit like change your model or level up. It's an instant ban.
tl:dr go look at every mod menu's forum post, theres at least 5 pages on each thread by people who are getting banned in droves.
Hence why theres a script or two thats still lingering around that works. Theres a guy who added me to friends who has been literally advertising in chat to give out money and spawning shit everywhere. Hes been heavy and hard at it yet two ban waves later, the most current one being yesterday, this guys still around. Old scripts left unpatched still seemingly go strong.

wrong, receiving money is not guaranteed to get you a ban or a reset at all
A little disappointed with the payouts with races especially when you factor in time spent for the race.
It's worse for stunt races because if you get 1 dick player your payout can drop from $10,000 to $2,000 and you can do nothing about it. Spending 10 minutes should not get you $2,000, especially when there are 3 minute missions that can get you $8,000.
Damn they really wipe EVERYTHING. Even character appearance, KDR...God damn...

you're right, what I should have said is that all of the public menus which each had their own separate methods of dropping money have all been detected. If the guys friend on the last page got banned FOR DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING isn't proof enough for you to the stay the fuck out of public lobbies until all these people get banned isn't enough for you to want to stay out then I don't know what is.
wrong, receiving money is not guaranteed to get you a ban or a reset at all
Heavily depends on the methodology used. For instance small amounts via a proper script that are timed correctly are not a problem. Large amounts via a proper script (which no proper script actually offers) regardless of accrument time can very easily get you banned.
It's not uncommon at all for hackers to drop large sums in one guy in large bags leading to a ban as its a red flag for rockstar.
In this latest ban wave this has been reporting with most of them that aren't believably lying would say they were dropped large sums very quickly.
Wow, that's really disappointing.
Silver lining is atleast that godawful Itali is going to remain uncommon.
So I haven't been able to find a fix for this issue anywhere else, so now I am asking here.
For some reason in the PC version of V, whenever I try to activate thermal or night vision, it flickers on for a split second, then immediately returns to normal vision. It still plays the sound effect, though, and pressing the activation button again seems to 'deactivate' it, even though the vision didn't actually change to begin with. I have no idea what is causing this. Any of you guys encountered this problem before?
That Christmas tree in the ceo office lobby is a nice touch.
Good lord the big garages are absolute murder on the framerate
60FPS+ to ~27-33
The Hydra, Lazer, Buzzard, Savage and Ruiner 2000 can now auto-lock on players inside ground vehicles.
I don't know if it's a feature added by Rockstar to make stuff like the Savage more viable or just a weird and useful bug.

Helicopters are already viable, and I thought that was an already existing feature.

He actually got banned because he was using the time trial mod, just didn't mention it at all.

IIRC they could only lock on players inside aircraft.
Today I followed a guy with the Hydra (just to test things out, the guy knew me) and I kept blowing him up with the homing rockets whenever he tried to drive away.

There's also one in the executive garages.
There's also one in every player owned home.

Private session doesn't mean you wont get a ban. If anything its because of people who used it in public session making it get caught by rockstar.

I mostly ment it for those who were saying that were banned even though they weren't hacking, but as per the usual they weren't telling the whole truth, and instead I was fucking retarded and immediately believed them.

That's been a thing for ages. Like back on PS3.

Really? I thought they just locked on to air vehicles before.
Really? I thought they just locked on to air vehicles before.
It was added when they added the homing launcher in the first festive surprise update. Which was a month after PS4 version came out so I was a little wrong, but it was included in the PS3 update at the same time.
As far as I know, at launch, the lock on only locked onto enemy players in PvP modes or air vehicles. At some point, I'm pretty sure they changed it so you could lock on to players driving vehicles in freemode as well.
It really doesn't do a damn thing for helicopters though if your target car is moving. The rockets can't actually keep up so you're better off just aiming with the unguided rockets.
They've always been able to lock onto players inside vehicles. The only exception is when players are selling Vehicles for Securoserv, locking onto them is disabled for the sake of balance and to give them a slight chance of succeeding. But it's easier just to kill them with the miniguns anyway
