Seeing how many here have different favorite radio stations just shows how great they all are in GTA V. But obviously, after playing for hundreds of hours, you're gonna get tired of listening to the same station all the time, which you shouldn't.
Uh no??? Vice City / Vice City stories had the best music and talk shows.
that's an odd fucking way to spell "San Andreas"

Seriously though, just look at this. GTA V ain't got shit on this
i seriously love fresh 105 from vcs
cool 80s hip hop that ended up being on the new scarface game by that time when vcs is brand new
So they changed a lot of the music on the stations between the PS3/360 version and the PS4/XBone/PC version right? I'm not just a crazy person right? RIGHT?
Next gen version got a bunch of new songs

They just added tracks to the superior hardware versions, they didn't replace anything.
162 new songs apparently
After failing the heist a bunch of times because of stealth bullshit we FINALLY managed to do it but our friend decided it would be the perfect time to go afk...We came up with a strategy to push him to where we needed to go. :v:
Weird thing happened last night. Was working for a CEO driving him to the office, but as I pull up, so does a monstertruck unrelated to the company. As my CEO gets out of the car, 4 burly men in speedos and various head gear get out of the monster truck, run to him, and club him to death. They then return to the monster truck, leaving me unharmed, and wondering what in the god damn I just witnessed
Found a picture.

Not pictured: me getting shit blasted after driving slowly, taunting them. Do not muck with these guys
they should make it so you have to spend 30 minutes every time you driver a car out of your garage shoveling the snow away so you can actually drive out, maybe even add the possibility of buying an NPC to do it for you with shark cards only, seems like a pretty rockstar like thing to do
Vladivostok FM is the best radio.
I played Vehicle Vendetta for the first time last night...WOW I have not had this much fun In GTAO, ever, at least with official game modes. It also pays out super well if you host 4 rounds/40 kills.. like 100K well. My shooting went from 30 to 90, and my driving rose as well.
Honestly an amazing game mode and my lobbies fill quickly, so hopefully it doesnt die out. If anyone wants to team up let me know
I turned the radio and music off about a month after I got the game 3 years ago.
I honest to god forgot it was a feature in the game.
Vladivostok FM is the best radio.
That's what I missed the most about GTA 4. I could turn Vladivostok FM on and just leave it and never get sick of it. But then GTA 5 comes and it honest to god seems like every station plays the same 3 songs over and over again even though there's more than that. Is this just part of the satire or?
IV also had some good Kanye songs. Flashing Lights was such a good song to drive to.

i honestly just wish I could link up my spotify with the car radio. That'd be so good

Hell, actually I'm sure that spotify could make a deal with rockstar, playing ads in the spotify station, and they can both rake in some dosh

I don't think that would be a really good idea, because a lot of companies would not be okay with their products being advertised in GTA Online.

V doesn't have enough variety among the songs in a channel I feel.
I fucking loved head radio in GTA3. Everytime I start playing it again I feel like at home when I enter the kuruma and this starts playing

One thing I'm curious about, what exactly would the companies have against their product(s) being advertised on GTA Online? Publicity is publicity. Unless you have something you can specify in your own words and you don't want to attract people typing "hitler was okay" into the Special Instructions box, I don't see a problem.
OT: Are stats such as strength really that important? Like, shooting, stamina and driving I can understand. But will lung capacity and the strength to throw punches really matter at all? I'd imagine swimming isn't something you would need to do often, and you'd pretty much only be able to use strength with your bare hands. If there's a melee kills challenge going on, just shank their asses with a 400$ knife.
Lung capacity is kinda pointless since there are rarely if not, not a single situations where you have to swim underwater. The rebreather does all the work anyways.
Strenght apparently makes you climb ladders faster, but I can't confirma that.
Strength also doubles as damage resistance, although I forgot the exact math involved for it. Maxing it out makes you take quite a few more hits then normal, and i'm not sure if armor is affected by it too.

True
Then make it an option for premium spotify users. No ads then

Hell, I'd pay just a little extra if it meant I could blast my way down the highway to the tune of Exmilitary. Bonus points if we'd get to install garish slav style speakers and subwoofers

the only fun thing about the insurgent is putting a sticky inside your door and blowing it when someone tries to get in
You can also straight up destroy NPC cars if you crash into them hard enough.

Holy shit. The thing doesn't look like it'd protect from gunfire nearly as well as the Kuruma, but from what I've read the damn thing has durability comparable to the Rhino tank. Might need to get one once I get the money. Only problem is it's real expensive.
That brings me to a question. I've heard if you destroy a personal vehicle you get charged for it and called a bad sport. Will the charge go to the victim for the insurance cost? Because the thing is extremely fucking expensive at around 12K to get it replaced by Moors Mutual.
