Having no traps kinda makes research boring sometimes "oh yay another trap im not going to use"

The problem with traps is they often killed way more of your own guys then enemies. And minions could trigger them but having low stats

One of my favorite games from when I was younger, though even when I rebought it on Steam, I never made it far past the early stages of the science laboratory because of my low attention span. The only thing that might be slightly relevant is Evil Genius is mentioned during this video about 1 minute in.
