He surely has had a lot more lines to say than Narukami or Mr. P3 have had
Especially considering he actually has a few lines in cutscenes as well
He's not 100% Silent, but when he does say something, it's usually pretty good

I'm fairly certain I've never heard a good majority of those. The obvious ones like him thinking or "I leveled up" and such but there's other ones where he laughs I know I never heard.
Finally came back to finish P5 and I'm so fucking mad. I guess I'll have to grind like an absolute madman to try to beat the final boss. [sp] Phase 1 was a cakewalk most of phase 2 was, but I started running dry on SP on my healers when the boss was close to dead. But that didn't fucking matter apparently because he used his charge up attack and 1 shotted my entire party from full health while blocking. Party had just reached around ~67 after beating phase 1. I knew I was probably underleveled but fuck me. [/sp]

You should probably be in the 70's but 67 is fine as long as you fuse a high ranked Persona

I don't know what your Strength Confidant Level is at but you should just grind to level 69 and try to fuse Siegfried. Siegfried nulls physical which the final boss uses a lot of in phase 2 and as long as you have some healers up you should be okay with using Charge and Physical attacks. Also if you have the Star Confindant Maxed I would use the switch mechanic when ever a healer runs low on SP.
[sp]There should of been a chest near the boss entrance that gives a Soma, hold on to it until Phase 2.[/sp] I could be wrong on this last bit.

I mean the problem wasn't really the fact that I wasn't high enough leveled to have strong personas, I was maining a drain phys during the fight, it's just that it was up to RNG gods to decide when the final boss was going to try to use its charge move which I had no way to guard against. And the few fights I tried beating it at my current level it always started charging when I wasn't close enough to burst it down, even with charge/concentrate up.
I did finally take it down though.
I have a question/story regarding Stagnant Air (EVERYTHING gets lowered resistance to status ailments).
So, during (4th Palace Spoiler) [sp]Futaba's Palace where you chase down and fight the tomb robber[/sp] miniboss, I decided to try it out after a couple rounds of it just spamming Garula (since minibosses were typically resistant/immune to status effects). As soon as I cast it, the miniboss immediately casts a group wide Marin Karin and my whole party went nuts. I luckily survived and beat him but Jesus, I nearly had a heart attack.
So here's the question: do all bosses/minibosses do shit like this if you try to be cute with Stagnant Air? Because after the Marin Karin and Stagnant Air wore off, he never used it again.

The AI can be pretty damn smart at times. Though I suppose it just depends on the boss you're facing if they even have any abilities that can cause ailments. In my own experience, a Mementos boss I was facing solo adjusted to me changing to a Persona that repelled physical attacks and while I had that Persona equipped, it only spammed Almighty attacks. I was using him to farm money so it was pretty annoying having to heal every other turn if I couldn't dodge his Megidola. You'll eventually get some Personas that have Foul Breath (a single target Stagnart Air ability) so you won't have to worry about hurting your party.

So i just learned that the chalk throw from the teacher isn't entirely scripted. I mean there's definitely at least 2 times where it is scripted but if you stay on the phone for too long during his lecture (like leaving the messenger open) he will throw the chalk at you. This is a great way to boost charm while rushing proficiency.

It took me until late October or early November before I finally got chalk thrown at me twice. I'm assuming that those are the two scripted events you mentioned. I already had my charm maxed when it happened, but using that trick definitely could've helped when I needed it earlier to gain enough points to advance some confidants.

Yeah in the November section theres a scripted chalk throw along with the first one in the game towards the beginning and I believe another one very close to December.

Contains spoilers for Persona 5, don't watch if you haven't beaten the game.
Seriously, don't.

IGN did a brief interview with the head of Studio Zero and director of P5, Katsura Hashino, on his general idea behind Re Fantasy.

Also with some new concept art pieces, such as elf makoto.

I was thinking of finally getting PS3 and noticed that P5 was also released for it. Does the PS3 port play well, has good FPS, and is uncut in comparison to PS4 version?

I think P5 was developed primarily for PS3. The only thing PS4 adds is resolution on certain things. The game is developed around the limitations of the PS3 not the advantages of the PS4.
For instance many of the outdoor areas relegate pedestrians to faceless and drab looking simple models while the characters you can interact with have colorful features and eyes. The PS3 version is longer waits on loading and getting in-and-out of combat situations too.

PS3 version is the original and was later ported and worked on for the PS4 too.
Nothing is different between the two besides some framerate issues here and there on the PS3 version.
There's a lot of screen tearing on the 3 too apparently
