i got up to the 6th palace in persona 5, do i even have any more spare time left? I still want to at least complete iwai and sojiro's s-links but since they have such high requirements its taken a long time for me to do them. Definitely focus on getting sojiro done though

For the first run i only really maxed out S links i liked specifically and further just concentrated on raising my stats for NG+ Hell i left most of the completionist stuff for the second time, because then it is easier Well besides fetching persona's i guess

Also, getting the analyst to max rank is really good usually so that's a bonus.

So I finished Persona 5 after I think near 169 hour... I want to express my disappointment for something: [sp]The reveal of Goro Akechi as the traitor was SUPER weak. I mean, really? It wasn't a secret that he hear Morgana talking aboit pancakes [it was so hilarious]. I get that in the first time. I thought the developers would used this fact to think he is the traitor and revealed later he wasn't... But nope, he was the traitor. This was so weak. Also Goro as a tragic character was painful to hear... Other than that, the game was very good. I really liked the final twist with Igor at the end. THIS was very clever. There was so many moments we saw and hear that was wrong, but by instict we ignored them just for the fact ot was impossible someone from velvet room being a traitor. Oh and the final moment with the God of Control which you headshot him to his face with a bullet made of 7 sins was glorious. Glad I played it[/sp]

The most obvious moment was when Akechi said to the PT that he saw the black mask guy... "Yesn why we didn't saw a scene of the killer and Akechi interact again?" [sp]Who didn't see Akechi being the traitor coming, he was literally the only person who could've been Altough i did forget about the pancake scene by the time it was brought up again Altough i feel like this game's story was less about who the traitor was and more about how it all ended up the way it began, and how they would get out of that situation When it comes to the part of the game past the loop point, it was a lot of fucking with my mind[/sp]

It was unfortunately obvious, although i had i minor gripe that was caused by my own imagination. During the sixth dungeon, [sp]when you get to the wall in the courtroom, the plan of making Sae think you belong there was mentioned. My mind immediately shot to, "Oh my god, thats why he gets captured, its all a set up so Joker gets tried and the phantom thieves get let into the courtroom, followed by a daring rescue". But no, they just went and sat there for a minute.[/sp] My own fault for setting myself up i suppose.

Yeah, I also feel the whole [sp]traitor being Aketchi was weak[/sp]. I already figured [sp]he was the traitor because his after battle animation of swinging his sword then quietly laughing maniacally to himself seemed... off.[/sp] Oh, but my [I]favorite[/I] thing was the game trying to hide who was behind the [sp]whole conspiracy and mental shutdown mastermind[/sp] like it's a big secret and not [sp]the drunk rapist you shove over at the start of the game.[/sp] I feel Persona 4's culprit reveal was much better. I don't know if it's just nostalgia goggles, but I prefer Persona 4's general tone and story a bit more.

Honestly P4 is the weakest of the new team. I like the characters but the casts and story of P3FES and P5 are so much better

I personally think whatever Persona you find best comes down to what cast you relate to more, they're all about equal in terms of quality. P4's cast wasn't the most relatable for me despite the fact I loved the characters in that game, P3's cast is pretty cool, but P5's by far is the most relatable for me and it's my personal favorite. Man I'd still love it if they made a remake of P2 with the new engine though, the story in that game was wonderful.

Ann and Ryoji had an "empty" personality... But yeah later you mean awesome people like Yoske [i know i don't spell it right] Makoto and my favourite nerd Futaba. However in P4 i love EVERY SINGLE ONE. I will admit this might help cause you fight with their shadows and get more time to know them.

Other characters have it worst than Riuji, like Futaba for example, but her personality is unique. Also [sp]her Palace is the most unique one in the whole game. Plus I think is the first time we see a Shadow-Self who isn't hostile. Her Shadow wanted to help Futaba.[/sp] It is not only having a tragic story people. It goes everything for a character.
