Morgana is one of the names Morgan le Fay uses, so I'm speculating that the personas this time are going to be based on the legendary knights from the King Arthur mythos.

My guess is the hero gets arrested at the beginning of the game, but is given a second chance while put into a sort of school that's more like a prison to him and gets Persona powers along the way due to bad shit going down in seemingly Shibuya. Of course, trying to solve whatever's going down doesn't stop him from pulling off more heists in the process. But that's just theorizing.

It's interesting to see that we seem to be seeing shadows in the real world.

I feel like the MC is more of an anti-hero rather than a bad guy. I'm sure at some point there will be an even badder guy.

I don't think it matters what he's actually like, as long as he has an actual personality. I get they usually make them blank slates thinking it helps identify with the character, but after P4 Protag being a ridiculous mary-sue any shred of individuality would be preferable. When the most they can come up with for this is 10 ways of saying "He's Great", I think there's a problem. So is the protagonist gonna be a Wild card user? I mean i feel like it should be safe to assume but Persona 5 seems to be taking notes from P1&2 alongside P3&4 so I'm not sure.

The director said that P5 takes inspiration from Delinquent and Robin Hood-esque settings so yeah it's basically JoJo Part 5:Vento Aureo

Potter is a Fool apparently so I'm expecting the same "party members only have 1 Persona, MC is special" shit. A shame, the whole point of Personae is that you wear different ones throughout your life; the compatibility system in 1/2 was to show that we're more comfortable in some roles than in others (the '3 equipped per character' thing in P1 also supported this, we have a few personas we resort to most often). Loki might fit you the best because you love fucking around with your friends, whereas Metatron being wise might not, etc.

I just realized that I actually own a ps4. So P5 will be actually a game that I can play.

The protagonist from what I can tell looks more like his own character than Yu or P3MC [editline]6th February 2015[/editline] He'll still probably be somewhat of a blank slate but he defs looks to have his own personality
