and apparently jiggle physics for aigis???
well she can't dance so might as well give her titty physics
also, sad that we didn't get to see akihiko or mitsuru's new models
so i beat persona 5, some random thoughts:
[sp]even though the traitor reveal was underwhelming (I didn't catch the pancake thing but i knew it had to be akechi) the igor twist was really good and kinda blew my mind.
it really rubbed me the wrong way how they try to get you to sympathize with akechi, considering that he's basically a serial killer and his reasons are fucking demented. the twist that he is shido's son felt cheap
i was expecting more insight into morgana, like why he was having those nightmares or why he reacted the way he did to treasures.
my favorite confidants story lines were makoto, sojiro, hifumi, and kawakami. didn't get to finish a few like iwai and haru because of social stat restraints.
the dungeons are really hit or miss, and the gimmicky ones are mostly miss. that mouse bullshit was so tedious and there was so much of it. okumura's palace was probably the worst one, with the airlock puzzles and the robots and the timed factory areas. and some of the villains aren't very fleshed out. okumura is obviously evil but he wasn't nearly as hateable as kamoshida for me.
mementos was really dull, and i hated having to play through the rest of it at the end of the game because I hadn't reached the bottom yet. i get that they needed somewhere for you to farm exp/money in between palaces but exploring it is really boring. but at least there's no dumb puzzles i guess.[/sp]
I mostly listed negatives but I really enjoyed the game. it's the first persona game i've finished and definitely the one i enjoyed actually playing the most. looking forward to persona 6 in 2026
[editline]2nd August 2017[/editline]
oh and whenever takemi would call me her guinea pig i got horny
The double up mechanic in p3 FES is really goofy sometimes. I just got six of them in a row, and i cant tell if it's a glitch or just insane rng lmao
Got insane amounts of exp & 3 personas lol

Why the hell in the p3 dancing trailer
they show [sp]minato dancing on his grave[/sp]
The story could honestly be set after P4AU where [sp]Elizabeth was successful in saving the protagonist's soul.[/sp]
or Chronos is fucking up time again.
I'd rather they save that for something like PQ2 or P6. It looks like P3D takes place during P3 since everyone is in their school uniforms
Interesting. It seems there's no need to speculate about where in the timelines the new games will take place since P3D and P5D won't include story modes:
-Atlus is making the best of the experience it gained developing Persona 4: Dancing All Night in polishing the visuals, action, and every other element of the two new Dancing titles.
-There will be completely new songs.
-There will be a new mode that replaces story mode.
-The PlayStation 4 version of each game will run at 60 frames per second.
-The gameplay system will follow that of Persona 4: Dancing All Night, but with brush-ups, additions, and removals.
-They want to introduce crazy elements and colorful elements that cannot be done in the original story.
-All of the members of the Atlus Sound Team are participating.
-Producer ‎Kazuhisa Wada: “Character models are enhanced compared to Persona 4: Dancing All Night, and we’re being even more particular about dance motions.”
-Wada: “This is the first time we created models of the Persona 3 characters with realistic body proportions. The impact of that is quite big.”
-Composer Ryota Koduka: “Deep and serious stories will develop through these games, but we want to put in crazy elements and colorful elements that cannot be done in the main story.”
I'm all for this. At the end of the day, the story in P4D was kind of lackluster, and I think their resources are better spent elsewhere.
There is, however, another spin-off that does include a story mode.
Some further details on the BlazBlue x Persona x UNIEL x RWBY fighting game have emerged from a Famitsu interview with the (presumed) producer of the game:

Some of the takeaways:
-2. Straight to homes this time, no arcade version.
-6. The game will have a story mode that will revolve around the cross over between all the different worlds.
-7. They revealed the game early in development because they want fans to tell them which characters from the franchises they want the most.
-12. Most of the characters picks for the roster are already set in stone, but still see #7.
-13. The game's main target crowd is the fans abroad rather than in Japan.
I wonder if they will hold polls for the characters we want at some point.
Hoping Aigis Naoto and Chie make it in then
I hope they'll add Labrys since she's an Arena only character, plus I just love her accent.

May god have mercy on my soul
Should I just cave and look up a guide?

He got Mitsuru Marin Karin'd on the final boss and she proceeded to heal him.
But to forsake a funded playthrough, hot damn, as expected of the stream jerker himself.
I don't understand how you can give up on the last boss like why
I can really understand that it might be frustrating, but to completely drop it over something like that instead of, you know, equipping stuff to negate that which you hate and try again?
It's so silly
Also he was playing on easy mode :v:

To be fair though the difference in difficulty is just healing items
When I first played the game, a friend just told me "get the null charm items" and I asked why or for what and all I got was "You'll know."
I did.

I recently played P3 and picked Mitsuru just to see if it would happen.
Happened twice.
I should really finish P3
I just find it really hard to find the floor where my exp is decent and i won't just be demolished in a turn
I'm too used to P4/5 where the dungeon relevant at the time was usually pretty well geared for your level, whereas in P3 there isn't really any guideline
I just want to cheat in Persona 3.
Tartarus sucks absolute anus.
Rest of the game is good though.
The Harem route is canon so you're good to go haha
I just feel confused in Tartarus
I go from one floor that gives really terrible EXP to the next one being completely wiped easily
And you still don't get much EXP if you manage to beat them
It doesn't help that the checkpoints have grown so far apart that i either have teammates who no longer are feeling well or you got no SP to spare because your team will never stop wasting it by the time i reach the next floor boss
I don't think I could ever play P3 without be like "ugh shits broke yo"
I'm so spoiled to being able to control teammates from 4 (Golden no less!) and 5.

It's honestly not that bad once you get use to the tactics menu
Once i got the tactic that makes the AI focus on weakness things went a lot better
Altough with it they also love to pass a turn
Why does defend not exist in P3 anyway
To weed out the weak
i genuinely had no problem with combat in p3 except for the usual suspects (sleeping table)
I'm not saying there's a problem with it
You just miss some of the luxuries once you lack them

Wait till you play Persona 1 with it's fantastic advanced grid based combat system :v:
I've really been taking my time with this (since i've been working a whole lot more) and i only just got to the point where you are back to school from the Summer Holidays.
It does feel like my social links are at a higher point than they where when i first played Persona 3.
