Yeah, I really wanted to get a special edition n3DS so I had to make a choice. Either keep my 3DS until the new one is released, then trade it in the same day for a normal n3DS, or sell it right away when it was announced and trim down the total price on a special edition one. Did they make P3 easier on the portable version? I know I spent a lot of time leveling up before the first boss because I wanted to make myself sick for those hella free courage boosts, but I beat the first boss in 2 turns on Hard mode with 6 minutes to spare, as opposed to when I played Normal on FES. The 2nd miniboss in Tartarus (the 3 fuzzy gloves that Magaru and Zio Junpei and Yukari to death) were incredibly deceptive in how strong I needed to be further on. I can't wait to get to the Sleeping Table again.

Direct commands are pretty great. Being able to quick travel without walking everywhere is nice too. Music is absolutely lovely. Hanging out with Junpei is glorious. Portable is turning out to be a real treat, barring those 3 fucking gloves. Waaaaay too early in the game for them to be pulling that jazz. Maybe if they were weak to Slash instead of Strike it wouldve been tolerable, but wow no.

I really should pull out my PSP again. I was a good ways into P3P before I stopped playing for some reason, and now I can't seem to track down my power cable. I've got it on my Vita, but it's really hard to get back into it knowing that I was really far in a previous save.

So I'm on 6/25 in P3 FES and I'm kinda stuck in a rut. I wanna get past the floor 67 boss, but all my dudes are too weak. Right now my strongest persona is Pyro Jack at level 19 with a bunch of cool spells and shit, but he's not cutting it. I'm so hyped for P5 you don't even know. The best part is that they're making it for PS4 too. I was pretty pissed when it was announced that it was gonna be PS3 exclusive.
