She's another resident of the velvet room (kinda) and she handles your skill cards. She was made fairly important to the plot. I don't really think she's that bad but Atlus shoved her in a lot of things all at once so a lot of people grew a distaste for her since they tried to make her so important. The Golden Anime only made it worse cuz it stuck her in scenes she wasn't in before and made her the focus of a lot of them

She's not a party member, but she gets to know the people in your group and stuff and helps Margaret and Igor with your persona stuff via skill cards. She was a whole new social link and she was made canon along with the other additions to P4 in the Golden. Why wouldn't you play Golden though? It's the best version of P4. It's the original game + way more content edit: like shit even if you hate marie there's lots of good shit in Golden that just made it better overall

speaking of awful characters, Devil Survivor 2: Break Record is out in moonland. apparently there's an added character in the extra scenario that's totally awful? you guys remember Break Record right? from a billion years ago? whatever.

I have quite a bit of Vita games but P4G is the one I always keep in my Vita travel case since it's pretty much the best game on the system

So I've been playing some Persona Q lately and holy shit fuck this 4th labyrinth. I enjoyed every labyrinth up until this one. I'm mostly brute forcing my way to the bottom for this one when with the others I took my time and got 100% on every floor. I just find this one really frustrating to find my way through. But the music is pretty good in this labyrinth, so at least it's got that. Also I can't wait for the super live stuff. Really excited for some Persona 5 information.

Is it just me or is p4g really easy?[/QUOTE] It's pretty easy at first. Ramps up a bit at around the 2nd and again at the 4th dungeon then plateaus out at the 5th. After that, it's a cake walk since you'll have some pretty good Personas by the 4th dungeon and you'll keep getting better. Best strategy is get someone who can buff themselves with something like Mind Charge (probably will be your MC) for sick DPS, someone as the group healer and someone to be the group buffer. At that point, all you need is a co-DPS and the game is already won.

Is it just me or is p4g really easy?[/QUOTE] Honestly thought it was piss easy, never really had a problem with it throughout the game which made me kind of sad, but i also kinda chock that up to having played the vanilla version so much I got really good at over preparing

The end of Persona 4 Golden was pretty challenging for me, as I didn't do any unnecessary grinding. I think at the end with Fog God I was around level 80.
