An official fix like this probably won't come anytime soon due to how rare it can be to even get 1 left in the mag(s).

The Thompson in RAID feels, off It's got higher damage than the Sten but also has a worse accuracy, and it can be felt It also doesn't seem to have an upgrade path, which is odd I hope this is just something they haven't implemented yet

Did they change the way guard spawns work, or is it just the doing of Silent Assassin? I never used it before and wanted to experiment and I swear to God that there was never 9 guards on Framing Frame day 3. Same for day 1, I just kept finding guards outside, and guards never path that way except for the one who spawns to check it out if you kill too many. Does Silent Assassin just spawn in infinite guards?

Does Silent Assassin just spawn in infinite guards?[/QUOTE] Silent Assassin seems a bit fucked on it, since the guard that is supposed to show up once you kill 4 guards will keep respawning whenever you kill them Me and Exploders had that happen to the point of the guard just being stuck in one position, making things very easy

Killing him will just make another one to show up, just let him do his round and he will leave the area.

I hope they stop promoting Raid when it's out, sick of their Payday "status updates" amounting to "we're doing this and this and it'll come out later I guess, here's 5 minutes of Raid"
Like, getting some weapon diversity and starting to see the classes become unique is nice, it seems a little more interesting now than it did. Its got some things going for it, I think it has potential, but I'm not quite drawn to it at this time, its a very slow warming.
I'm just baffled that the only defining class feature is a fucking warcry, its just so utterly stupid and unfitting, on top of being incredibly boring. where are the class-appropriate gadgets and tools like literally every other arcade ww2 game? and we go from the full on weapon customisation of pd2 to generic stat boost upgrades in this? I'm not saying ww2 guns need attachments like pd2, but battlefield 1 managed to squeeze more customisation out of [B]ww1[/B] guns in a fairly realistic way [editline]9th September 2017[/editline] honestly shocked that something like this can be shat out into early access in 2017 by an established company, it reminds me of those crappy, shoestring budget f2p FPS's from 15 years ago

It's time to leave Diesel 2.0 behind, Overkill, you better do it and get fucking moving with the Valhalla engine. Just look at Frictional Games, they even updated (and rewrote the programming of) the HPL engine when they made Amnesia - The Dark Descent... But, oh well, guess I might as well wait. Lion Games could've done what The Chinese Room did for [I]A Machine For Pigs[/I].
yeah I think that's a bit late to change engine. game looks fun but I'm genuinelly worried that it might not make enough sales and end up hurt starbreeze/ovk also LGL seems better than overkill at doing diesel stuff so the driving might be better.
Well the game is priced 36,99€ which isn't most absurd price for a game that is running on old engine, it mostly depend how much content there will be for that 36,99€ currently.
they said 13 hours of raid/operations. either way, old engine + 90% code from payday 2 isn't worth the same price as payday 2 + all the DLC and 3 year worth of free content.

Also is it possible to do side jobs/achievements that require your team only use such and such things with bots?

It should be on Mod Workshop.

I, for experimentation (and the fact that I was really bored), tried using Raid's 64bit exe and dlls to run PD2 (by just simply moving them into PD2's folder) and it still ran Raid normally. So, uh, how the hell do Diesel engine games work? Are the exes just hard coded to use the assets from the game's install directory?
