Update 151.2 stopped some free masks from being given out for no particular reason, including the Risen Dallas.
If you didn't launch the game prior to that, you're out of luck.

Payday 2 is almost over, Raid is only beginning, afterwards we'll have Payday 3. I say we keep using a common thread, otherwise both the Raid and Payday threads will die quickly.
They have differences, but they're just about the same game overall. Its the same principle, same engine, a lot of similar gameplay elements, the devs are close partners, There is no need to separate them. Besides, its unlikely Raid will have enough of a playerbase to keep a thread active.

I want to give this game a chance but the price seems a bit high, mostly due the engine.
Those numbers do seem quite low for the price you pay honestly
I mean, it depends on a few things. How distinct are the Outlaw Raids? Is it just the normal Raids again basically? Then that isn't worth anything really. Are they distinct Raids? Might be worth it. The campaign: is it just normal Raids strung together one after the other, or are they distinct? If they're distinct, then I'd say that's a nice addition to the value. If Outlaw Raids and the Campaign all just rehashes of the normal Raids though, then no. Never forget all the different variations of Bank Heist that were considered unique at Payday 2's launch, and Jewelry Store/Ukranian Job.
I think outlaw raids is like the train heist with multiple pieces

That bug usually happens if you're playing in Steam offline mode or have lost connection to Steam mid-game. Try relaunching Steam.

I preordered RAID and I still have the beta available in my library so I think it does.
raid would've been better if you paid for upgrades using "natzi scalps"
