how does tony's perk deck work
how does tony's perk deck work
your throwable is replaced by an injector that you can use ingame, upon activating it, 75% of the damage you receive will be converted to HP, this only lasts 6 seconds EXAMPLE: you have 200 max hp, you activate injector, a cop shoots you dealing 100 dmg, you receive 75 hp and lose 25 hp, which makes your current hp 175, however had you not activated the injector, the shot you recieved would of put you at 100 hp. dont treat this as an invincibility trick, treat it as a healing potion of sorts, as being damaged while active literally heals you. TIP: bring a grenade launcher while using this, as killing speeds the cooldown for the injector, killing multiple enemies at once can give an almost instant cooldown duration, and when at low health and no medic or first aid around, activate the injector, and blow yourself up, you'll heal, if not, find a room with tear gas or fire and stand there while active.
It becomes a bit less usefull on High Crime Sprees, since the damage they output, or at least dozers, will quickly exceed what you heal, thus killing you since there wil technically be nothing to heal [editline]Delete this[/editline] Basically, the way it is calculated is: Current Health - Damage = Health remaining Health remaining + Healing = Health remaining after healing So if your initial health remaining is already too low, it will count as a down
Maybe if No Mercy gets remade for PD2?

Pretty much the full stats for Kingpin are: 30s cooldown on activate, 5s duration. All cops with LoS target you on activation. Every enemy killed reduces cooldown by 1s. When you take damage, 75% of the lost health is refunded. (Refunded a moment after being shot, not damage resisted. If you are critical health it won't save you.) If your health is below 50%, 100% of the lost health is refunded, effect ending if your health exceeds 50%. Damage to Armor is also refunded into health. High armor builds can heal themselves without actually taking any health damage. Unless you take damage from a single hit that is more than your health value at 50% (Sniper, Shotgun point blank, etc) you are basically invincible. You're gonna lose all your repaired health / go into bleedout the instant the Duration ends because every single cop on the map still has 100% aggro towards you and you're not invincible anymore. :v:
So is there going to be a Crimefest-esque event this year? If so, when?

You have 200 hp, you receive 75 hp and lose 25 hp, that would make your current hp 250. You went to mention gaining 75 hp and then you did your math completely ignoring that part.

Health is above 50%, so only 75% is returned instead (75 points). Current health 175. Its a bit muddy so that is why I wrote my post just above.
Oo, nice. More weapon stats mod now shows enemy breakpoints for all difficulties, with various skills too. Excellent! Minmaxing, here I come.
Pumped for comic con tomorrow. Misplaced most of my pics but I still got this from late 2016.
[t]https://i.imgur.com/boRGIlt.jpg[/t]
Retired this outfit though cause my suit got trashed in the mean time. Mask looks better on my wall anyway.
Oh, a tip as well if you plan to wear blue gloves all day. Get white cotton silverware gloves. They draw the sweat away from your hands. You're hands are still gonna get a little damp and smelly, but they won't superglue to the latex gloves / laundry gloves.
i've been asked to reply to this as a medium for the currently banned coyote [T]https://i.imgur.com/ikPj4Xt.png[/T]
I'm free! Anyway, so I was thinking about this a lot and I just wanted to gauge what other people thought of this idea? If we had this thread be called something like "Starbreeze/Overkill General Discussion" it'd make a good central hub for any game published or made by us. I mean there's a lot of games on the horizon, OTWD, Crossfire, Psychonauts 2 - and there's other games out like Dead By Daylight that have their own threads here but don't seem to sustain very well on their own. Just an idea anyway, I figured it'd make sense since we do have other threads for whole game companies and they seem to do alright. I made a strawpoll about it here, what with us being a democracy and all :weeb: https://strawpoll.com/ysdkfpg4
Call it the RAIDDAY 2 thread.
RAID Wallet 2 Day
Now that I've got an Oculus I kinda can't wait for the VR mode, PD2 being a wave shooter for the most part I feel like it would work really well in VR and would help a lot with making the game less tedious.
I just wish Overkill could take their time to fix as many problems with PAYDAY 2 as they can, considering that there are many bugs or issues listed in the spreadsheet.
I think we've talked a lot about a multitude of IPs at once with the thread called Payday 2 already, it's never seemed to be an issue. Maybe Payday/Starbreeze Studios thread. I don't think a name change is necessary though, especially not for RAID. It's so closely linked and there's so much interest overlap that it might as well be considered Payday spiritually [editline]22nd September 2017[/editline] Payday Universe? Idk. Things like DBD, Crossfire, Walking Dead etc. seem fine to me but I'm not too thrilled about the idea of talking about psychonauts and system shock here in the mix [editline]22nd September 2017[/editline] DbD already has a thread too irc, which makes sense to not talk about here cuz it's way different and there's no actual crossover. The only time it's come up was when Halloween's Michael Myers was added close to Halloween which was curious if it'd carry over to pd2
Payday Cinematic Universe thread, the only place to talk about Payday the Heist, Payday 2, Hotline Miami, John Wick, Point Break, Goat Simulator, Hardcore Henry, Scarface, h3h3, RAID WW2, and OVK's TWD all at the same time!
Well, I mostly figured since the DbD thread isn't really sustaining itself and the fact other companies have general-threads then it'd make sense. :vs: I mean it's not like people would stop talking about Payday 2 and RAID just because it make more generalised.
Payday 2 and RAID are close enough that talking about them isn't going to get confusing, if you add in every other game by Starbreeze where people would talk about it, you'd probably have 5* different people posting about 5* different games, with 5* other people responding to said 5 different games. I'm against such a choice.
Plus the Nintendo general is different because there's not much need for questions or in-depth discussion, only very general things such as screenshots and news/personal blog There's a separate Pokemon thread for a reason and I think BoTW had one and splatoon as well

D I A M O N D H E I S T I am so hyped.
hyped for yet another breach of security remix also no more raid now pls
Goddamnit I want a hardcore Henry sequel so bad but it'll never happen
Diamond Heist at Crimefest?
Goddamnit I want a hardcore Henry sequel so bad but it'll never happen
Well, considering that Jimmy (the scientist in Russia) is dead and our cocaine variant is all we got, where else can Jimmy's soul go and what else needs to be done to stop Akan? Henry has already decapitated that dicksucker using his own eye, so that's that. I can pray for the opportunity to get closer to Kento...
So uh, what's your favorite difficulty setting and why? For me, it's Overkill. It's fun trying out forgotten weapons (Lion's Roar) and not dragging the team down because of it. Same thing with builds.
They played Simon's Hold On Tight in the trailer and I'd love to see it as a heist track because I love it.
