It's pretty fantastic. Super customisable too. Fully supports health meters (Swan Song, Ex Pres, Maniac, King Pin, etc) unlike some other huds.
It has some handy shit since it has some Info Hud attributes:
Individual scaling of hud elements.
Optional segregate Civvie / Police hostages
X#counter on hud displays downs in Loud, Bodybags in Stealth
Display health in: Hide, Percentage, Real Value. Same options for Armor. Can also set your team's options as well.
Team AI health.
Joker AI get colorcoded and have health.
Known incompatibilities with other mods:

Yeah Better Bots / Bot Weapons just displays the incorrect weapons / Crew Boosts on the bots. Not that important.
Keepers breaks the Hold Position icons, which is a little annoying but hey.
If you join a game as a client, and the host isn't running these but you are, these errors don't occur since those mods aren't active at the given moment.

Found an interesting bug if you use 'Helpful Converted'. It allows Jokers to revive players. It's not foolproof as they don't prioritize reviving like Crew bots do, and they only rez the Host, unless a client also uses it
I went down and got inspired as the Yellow Joker (Left, inside traincar) got the idea to come help me. After I was up he started to rez me.
