It's because pretty much everyone knows that there's only one Shotgun in the game
No matter how you look at it, it was the most needed
We already got 3 pieces in the sidearm collection and 2 in the LMG one
It's not like it'll never come, the Double Barrel will just be more prioritized

Also at least it's not paid DLC right

Good luck. There is a color combination Skin Pink / Red, but no for the other way around.

Bank Heists (Cash/Gold/Deposit/Randumb):
-In a cabinet on the wall opposite of the photocopier in the middle room.
-Between a vent and pipes on the roof, next to the wall and hidden by a shadow.
-Hidden in the shrubbery surrounding the tree planted at the back-right corner (blueprint-perspective) of the bank.

Jewelry Store:
-On a couch at the roof of the vantage point (So buy that asset/the Sniper pack DLC, folks!)
