are you sure they aren't already having a stroke trying to enter random codes?

There are only three distinct patterns.
The first is the most common, and appears on virtually all heisters, sometimes in different colors.
The second only appears on Chains.
The third only appears on Bonnie.
The colors vary. They are: Jiro, pattern 1 red; Dallas, pattern 1 red; Wolf, pattern 1 yellow; Houston, pattern 1 green; Chains, pattern 2 blue; Hoxton, pattern 1 blue; Bonnie, pattern 3 green; Clover, pattern 1 blue.
Stray observations:
The right soles are identical across all patterns, only the left ones differ.
There are 2 red, 1 yellow, 2 green, and 3 blue patterns. Of the similar patterns, there are 2 red, 1 yellow, 1 green, and 2 blue patterns.
Patterns 1 and 2 are very similar, but 3 is wildly different. 3 almost looks like some sort of map or floor plan to my eye.
How do the patterns appear when properly assembled? They may make a connection in some way.

Slightly offtopic but an update for Simon Viklund's new game:

Here's a quick image manip. of how the patterns look folded:

Bonnie looks like Big Bank. No idea if I'm just seeing things that aren't there, though.

Maybe the unique ones represent a code. Maybe there will be a new unique one each day. Maybe the number of sides on each polygon represent a digit. There are 5 days so for this to be true, we should expect 5 unique shapes. So, 4 6 _ _ _.

this is my theory thus far but would maybe make it too easy to bruteforce with enough people, considering I doubt they'll go anything above an octagon or below a triangle

There might also be a color combo key to it that has to be uncovered.
Still, probably good to pass this off to the redditors and see what happens. They're already trying every password on the code page they can think of.

I'm taking your image and posting it on the subreddit then, is that fine?

Perhaps the skull represents 0. If it's in listed order, 00040060. This would thwart brute forcing because we would have no idea how many more heisters are coming and in what order they might be. Or, we might discover a color key of some sort. Or, the heels represent something. Or, we're totally off base.

even on sale goatsimulators price seems too much to bear
I bought Rust solely for his shotgun and I don't regret that but I don't think I'll buy goats for a secondary shotgun
did buy scarface tho', I feel I'll enjoy his character, little friend looks sick and I'm sure Kingpin will be fun for Mayhem/DW play

Fine by me
Dumb idea, but with the whole traitor thing, it'd be kinda neat and a cop out if everyone in the original payday gang got screwed over/killed, so Bain needs to find fresh blood for the third game whenever they developed it, or Bain also gets screwed so you start off as a small crew that goes big, ala PD:TH style.
This whole event so far has made me realize I still don't give a toot about Jiro
I'm glad they're trying to flesh him out

If they made him speak English instead of talking random fuckin Japanese over the pagers then I might have cared for him
Instead he sits meme-tier with Jacket for me

Could you also show the patterns that are formed using the parts of the shoe paper that are covered up? Those are also contiguous and unique.
Finally getting back into Payday. Got a few of the DLCs I was missing, and I must say the Contractor .308 is insane. Now if only other light sniper rifles were competitive so it wasn't just a straight upgrade compared to everything else.
Was also pleasantly surprised to see Overkill revert the melee nerf, so now the katana isn't crap anymore.
Seems like things are setting themselves up pretty well, shame all my friends stopped playing, so I'd have to play the heists I through public games.
I'm also still waiting for the day Overkill adds a secondary semi-auto carbine, so I can have like a mini-DMR in my secondary slot. SMGs still don't count, and there is now no excuse anymore considering we can hold big ass rocket, and grenade launchers in our secondary slot.

The heavy pistols (Revolvers and Broomstick) are this. Broomstick is considered the best because the kit you give it doesn't lower the ammo drop rate, only max ammo.
If someone recives a message saying "someone tried to use this code" my bad, I thought the 2nd code of the Point Break Heist was unclaimed.
Now on the topic at hand: I'm loving this system of updates. Multiday updates are not something you see in every game and the paper-craft thingie seems like a ton of fun, even if the appeal runs out fast (finally something to lay on my desk).
And a quick question, if I bought the Overkill B-Sides soundtrack and/or the Christmas OST: Do I receive new in-game tracks? or are they limited to DLC Heists?
i went back in time

so far back in time that i actually failed a heist on hard. (and there's no BLT support on U0/Release so i can't just mod the shit outta everything and since U0/Release doesn't have BLT IPHLPAPI.dll support we can't backport any heist in the current release of PD2.)
although i might switch to U24.

Huh, I wasn't even aware the Broomstick had a kit to make it do high damage. Guess I've been living under a rock.
Personally, I still wouldn't say it fills in what I want, since I want an actual semi-auto carbine (such as the Cavity) by default, no mods or kits necessary. Not a substitute. The Broomstick feels quite nice as a power pistol though, I will say that.

Yeah, I didn't know either. I only discovered that because when I came back I sorta poked into paydaymeta to see what was up and apparently the Broomstick is king shit now.

Also, I need a crew for 1D and other such challenges. I slept for too long and my usual peeps moved on for the most part. Can anyone throw me a bone?

my other favorite is GET YOUR FAT ASS OUT OF MY HOUSE
So, I got a chance to try the Scarface Mansion, and Yacht for the first time, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised with both.
The stealth was actually bearable for both, and designed to the degree that I was able to do both on my very first try on Death Wish and One Down respectively. But the Yacht was definitely my favorite, the design is fantastic, and it looks really nice too.

How do you even complete scarface mansion on your first try? I was ripping my ass apart trying to kill all the thugs around the house. It seems so randy to me the way the heist plays until you get inside.

I wouldn't say I'm a stealth 'pro', but having done various heists in stealth to form an understanding helped greatly, but the real reason is that I took my time. I think my completion time was around an hour, ferrying all the loot to the van took pretty long though.
I actually didn't bother trying to kill every thug in the front of the mansion. I even avoided the ones in the starting area completely. I only really started killing thugs near the back, because I could shotgun the bodies into the water. In a way, I think I got pretty lucky, because I didn't know what to expect inside, and the narrow halls gave me a few close calls.
It took me an unreasonable amount of time to stealth Scarface Mansion. I kept trying to sneak around all the guards, only killing the ones in the back by launching them into the water. After a while I figured out the secret: It is actually way easier to kill everyone outside the mansion. If you get the camera access it's pretty simple to find all the blind spots and assassinate from there. That's when I began making real progress.
