In all honesty though, part of me wants a GiTS tie-in but it wouldn't make sense for a multitude of reasons (future setting, MCs are an anti-terror unit and would be against us if anything, etc.) on top of it being a Paramount film.

i've given DH on 193+ a few more tries and found out a shield can shoot you through the wall when you're in the sales department (he's on the second to last set of stairs to the roof from PR Department & Cafeteria)

also tried to bait all of the specials (that weren't shields) away from the helipad and while it does work, you're better off bringing tripmines (yes i just said bring tripmines) to deal with the special spawns (snipers just spawn in from thin air so one tripmine with kill them, a cloaker spawns by the pair of shields that climb up to the roof near the Administration & Sales Roof Access. so that's 2 tripmines (maybe one if you place it in the right spot) a bulldozer spawns in down at construction (same spot where regular SWATs will spawn from) a tripmine will deal with him.
Is it true that Sharpshooter Aced and Rifleman Aced together give your AR, Sniper Rifle or SMG a permanent 16 accuracy boost? One gives 16 while not moving, the other 16 while moving, and there's not exactly any middle ground between that.

just did an entire heist with explosive damage and multikills and my end result was 14% accuracy??
No idea, but with Overkill Quality™ coding I'd bet that it doesn't count the accuracy of the explosion at all and just counts each shot fired with it as missed.

the problems i have with this port are
it's too bright (like it's really bright)
most of the time you kinda just sit around waiting for the saw to finish because two shields didn't want to jump down so you can't end the assault wave
although this finally means we can get a stable version of PDTH enemies in PD2 (kinda disappointed spy didn't change the bulldozer's sequences to use the PDTH sequences but oh well, you take what you're given.)

I saw Wick 2 as well, it was good but as expected no big Payday shoutouts. I was hoping for at least seeing Wick use akimbo pistols but eh.
You do [I]very[/I] briefly see posters of a couple of the masks [sp]when the $7 mil contract for Wick goes out, one assassin is standing on a street corner and the worn-out posters are on the wall behind them[/sp]. It's a blink-and-you'll-miss-it thing though, would've been cool to see one of the Payday actors in a crowd scene.
Some other (surely coincidental) things reminded me of Payday, though - the Tyler Bates soundtrack has a similar feel to Simon Viklund at times, and the museum has a bit of The Diamond vibe. [sp]I know there's no way in hell it'd be feasible but I would LOVE a heist that featured a mirrored section like the finale[/sp].
Holy Fuck if you guys haven't seen John Wick 2 yet please go do it. Unbelivably great and ramps up what made the first movie work so well. It's a little tougher as a standalone movie but holy hell if it isn't cool

The port isn't finished by any means, this is simply what Walrus had done before he began to lose interest in playing/modding the game. It's unfortunate, but I totally understand why he quit modding.

Now that's a crossover I would genuinely be excited for, not to mention Nick wouldn't feel tacked on like every other promotional character (we don't know anything about Nick's backstory but "yeah he was related to something shady", so he might as well have been a member of the PAYDAY gang.)
I prefer to think that Nick was one of Bonnie's exes.

Unfortunately it's still inferior to the Micro Uzi stat wise. But I don't care, the Compact-5 beats it in appearance and that is all I need.
