I noticed i still have 25% armor recovery in my build, because I used other perk decks first, but the skill has no effect on anarchist afaik

I was a client in a spree where the host had way less tickets then me (10 versus 74), and I didn't get a single one.
Well, this did happen right after they released the crime spree stuff. Maybe it's changed since then? I doubt it, but it could've.

You know, I'd be more happy about that issue with incendiary rounds with the Arbiter being fixed if those rounds were worth using for the damn gun in the first place. It's barely enough time to actually hurt anybody. I don't know whether it was a balance choice or if they messed something up, but 3 seconds for the flames is hardly enough time.
Finally grenade launchers are handled client side!
I have been starting to play Payday 2 again. I don't really understand why the game needed medic units. It just turns most enemies into bullet sponges now.
I also feel like Overkill difficulity got nerfed really hard, because I did not take a single health damage in Hoxtons Breakout when I played on my own with full body armour.
Wasn't there suppose to be somesort of "super cop" too? I remember hearing about him and how furious the community got.

I was playing some mission on Deathwish difficulity for half an hour, but I havent seen him yet.
There's a few factors that indicate his spawning I think, I've not figured out what they are though. He only shows in certain maps and its usually after a couple waves, sometimes not ever

I think if Winter's was meant to force the players out from their regular spot in order to prevent the game being harder, then he does a pretty good job. On some heists, it can be a real effort when you're pinned down and it's only gonna get worse with his arrival.
