all clover has is that she was first in game [sp]although technically, she stole bonnie's seat[/sp]
Will we get an achievement for doing a heist with 4 female heisters? (Clover, Bonnie, Sydney and Hila)
Bonbon a beaut.
all clover has is that she was first in game [sp]although technically, she stole bonnie's seat[/sp]
Technically, it was going to be Clover's model (without Aofie Duffin's face I guess) but with Bonnie's voice until people pointed out the Irish character sounding Scottish would be silly. I think Overkill were inspired by Chibs from Sons of Anarchy, a character created on the assumption that Scotland and Ireland are basically the same, and it was equally silly in the show. Aofie Duffin is great though so everyone's a winner.
Dragan is the best payday waifu.

I've tried to look it up a few times but haven't tied it to any particular show or movie yet.
I thought that was the popular opinion? I'm not a big fan of either two but Sydney's voice is just nails on the chalkboard for me.
YES THANK YOU. Her voice is the #1 reason I won't play her, she sounds like an Australian Angelica Pickles. Also Scarface is my man
- Joker - Aced - Your converted enemies will deal 35% (reduced from 100%) more damage. Your converted enemies will no longer take the 55% less damage. HAHA. No more cheesy bullet sponges on your side.
The best husbando in the Payday gang is obviously my man Chains.
RIP Joker, fucking annihilated, Rogue sounds like it got a boost tho?

I like Rust, Scarface, and Jacket.
It’s been in the beta to iron out a few bumps and issues and we now feel that we can put it in the main game.

self.r870_crew.DAMAGE = 45
I guess 450 damage Reinfelds are okay.
Rogue and Sicario actually got buffed, nice [editline]18th May 2017[/editline] sociopath sounds nice now wheres the hitman upgrade tho??
IMO all of the females in Payday 2 are underwhelming and not very interesting. I found myself jumping from Houston to Hoxton to Dallas to Sangres and now I play Rust almost religiously because I'm a sucker for excessive swearing. I usually play females in games, but I just don't like any of the Payday ones.
Grace Period Changes In the patch today we have a fix for an issue that caused players to actually take more damage from damage reduction skills. What the change actually does is fixing the system called grace period. It's a system of the game that blocks incoming damage of equal or lower amount for a short time after getting hit by a shot. The system will now correctly block the incoming damage, even when using damage reduction skills. This will also cause the dodge to not trigger on a shot that would have been blocked by the grace period. Changing a system as essential to the game as the grace period will have a huge impact on the game balance and we have made several changes to perks and skills to keep the game difficulty and balance as close to the same state as before the change. This will be evaluated and tweaked further. We invite you all to a discussion about the change in the forums.
This means that what may seem like buffs might not actually be buffs. Especially for dodge.
This will also cause the dodge to not trigger on a shot that would have been blocked by the grace period.
Before, if you were dodging, you could take incoming shots before grace invulnerability was over. These shots would do no damage, but would still roll for dodge, and if you successfully dodged grace period would be reset. This would mean, for instance, you could sit in front of a turret as dodge and because the rate of fire was so high, you would constantly be rolling for dodge checks during grace period granted by dodge. So you'd be immortal with high enough dodge in front of a turret. Not anymore. In other words, with Rogue getting an increase to dodge, it might seem like they're taking an already powerful perk deck and making it even better. Instead, the underlying mechanics are now dramatically different, necessitating the change. This will have far-reaching, yet subtle consequences.
Rouge, Crook and Burglar Subtle - You dodge chance is increased by 15% (increase from 10%). Gee, you think?
Is definitely a boost since if i'm correct you have 50% of dodge with Rogue alone, having Sneaky Bastard (is that the name?) you can get up to 60-65% of dodge i think, so yeah, you are more likely to dodge now then before
So instead of buffing armor up a bit, they brought dodge down. Nice.
I don't fully know how this will work out in practice. It could be a nerf for dodge, a buff for armor, vice-versa, or ostensibly a wash. Just know that the pure numbers listed are not as they seem.
The power of Jokers came from Forced Friendship, not Joker Aced. They still have the 99% DR.
Also, I would like to know what this means for damage reduction skills.
It's a system of the game that blocks incoming damage of equal or lower amount for a short time after getting hit by a shot.
What I think this means is that your damage reduction skills would apply the output as the damage taken, not the input. So, for example, you take 10 damage with 20% damage reduction. You take 8 damage. The game thinks you just took 8 damage and sets up a grace period for 8 damage. Same enemy hits you again immediately. You take 10 damage (higher than 8), and then applies damage skills again so you take 8 additional damage and set up another grace period for 8, etc. This would mean you'd take multiple shots from the same guy where you ordinarily wouldn't, so damage reduction skills could do more harm than good. (In this case, having no damage reduction skills would mean you take 10 damage, get the grace period for 10, and not take any further damage from the same source.) I think now the game sees you take 10 damage, creates a grace period for 10 damage, and you finally take 8 damage. Thing is, I thought they fixed this months ago. So this might be wrong.
60 second cooldown is a buff? [editline]18th May 2017[/editline] Also, gonna miss joker, total shit skill now
5% permanent dodge is inexplicably a buff. Who even cares about the cooldown of the smoke bomb? You can just kill people to get it done really fast. [editline]18th May 2017[/editline]
This will also cause the dodge to not trigger on a shot that would have been blocked by the grace period.
All I can think of for this is that Sicario just won't instant proc armor regen anymore when under fire from swat turrets
As the fuck if they fixed the grace period, I'm still getting double hits out the ass.
