The issue I've found is usually Henchmen behaves like so:
Player (Hoxton), Bot 1 (Dallas), Bot 2 (Chains), Bot 3 (Wolf).
Lets say all 3 bots are also wearing their Mega Masks, and weapons to fit each. Very personalised.
Dallas with an AK, Chains with an LMG, and Wolf with a Reinfield shotgun.
When someone joins your game, they replace Bot 3, then Bot 2, and lastly Bot 1.
However if someone playing Dallas joins your game, he will replace the position of Bot 3. Since duplicates can't happen, the bots are shunted up the line. Bot 1 (Dallas) will become Chains (Previously 2), and Bot 2 (Chains) will become Wolf (Previously 3).
You then end up with Chains wearing Dallas' Mega Mask and wielding an AK, and Wolf now has Chains' mask with an LMG.

For demonstration purposes, I magnified the effect to be 20 times more than what it'd normally be but I have set up this system to allow me to set this weapon by weapon i.e. full auto 5.56 rifle won;t zoom much at all but a full auto 7.62x51 rifle will noticeably zoom in.
So how are you guys configuring your bots? This is how I am, I set it up to be what I believe is the best "catch-all" setup; I don't want to think about constantly opening and closing this menu to mimax it, so I strived to give it the most utility and flexibility no matter the build, no matter the heist, and no matter the number of players.

-Reinfelds for insane damage output, 450 damage per shot.
-Quick and Reinforcer on bot 1 provides survivability and extremely useful interaction boosts for virtually all situations and builds.
-Inspiring and Invigorator on bot 2 offers a safety net and increased maneuverability when at most two humans are present, when safety nets and speed are most needed.
-Piercing and Accelerator on bot 3 allows solo players to manage the police onslaught better by giving bots the means to take on shields and armored units more effectively while giving players faster weapon switch and reload to react to situations more effectively.
-The presence of Quick and Invigorator maximizes potential in stealth play (discounting Concealer because I believe you shouldn't build with that boost in mind for catch-all purposes, rendering it moot anyway.)
Too many Reinfeld get at least 1 brenner in there

bots are glitched with reins. they have no spread, at least that's what i was told

yes they do
such as cops rappelling at far end of the bridge from construction yard in aftershock
lol.. they didnt improve the ai much. was 11 goats in on goat sim, cloaker snuck up on me while i was in the goat van. all of the bots just hang around shooting people instead of coming to get me up.

Selecting Inspire on one bot actually makes all of them able to do so
It's just that they all share the same cooldown period

I fucking hate Safe House Raid. 15 minutes fighting cops in one small map with no actual objective? It's boring. And every other lobby is it.

Tough choice between Biker and Jiro packs. Jacket just got buffed so I'm unsure on that front as well. Statistically I was pretty underwhelmed by scarface pack.
If they ever make a weapon mod to make the little friend a spray weapon instead of a dmr I'd probably like it more. Would feel more like scarface and I think an explosive mount would pair better with a rapid fire mid damage weapon instead of a low ammo high damage one

But in all honesty I'd spring for all. I assume you're buying HLM2 and they haven't sold jacket separately yet? Maybe all but him? Hlm2 will definitely still be on sale this low but it's uncertain about payday's ultimate.

I'd prefer the AR part of the weapon be a 240 ammo gun with ultra shit accuracy. Like an SMG with silencer skills, 60 accuracy max. 76 if you get Steady Aim and Rifleman both aced.

I was thinking 50 dam/240 ammo or something, idk about fucking the accuracy and keeping the 218 damage..
