Armor is something I've always wondered ways about how they could improve it without just increasing the raw armor value. I think an interesting thing they could possibly do is make it so that heavier armors also reduce overall damage by a certain percentage. If not that, it would also be interesting if armor gave you a damage threshold that prevented really high numbers from being able to just nuke your armor. Like if there was a maximum damage threshold of like 80 for instance on the heaviest armor, can't take more than that in a single hit. Armor piercing on snipers would probably be exempt from this though.
This is actually genious.
Either that, or a damage threshold like in Fallout would be good. Hits under a certain number just get mostly absorbed by the armour, so with it you could stand in front of MP5 or maybe even M4 cops all day only taking chip damage, but high damage enemies like snipers, shotgunners, magnum cops, etc will fuck you up. Or hell, maybe you could do two kinds of armour: Damage Cap, that makes it so you can only take so much damage per shot and are therefore strong against high damage enemies but weak to low damage, high rof enemies and Damage Threshold that's the opposite. [editline]21st May 2017[/editline] Also, possible dodge nerf: Dodge chance reduction versus shotguns. I mean, it only makes sense, you're much less likely to avoid a spray of buckshot than a single bullet. Then you can run circles around standard enemies sure, but shotgunners will punish your arrogance if you try that shit with them (And snipers can still take you out in one or two hits).

A simple damage cap would be just fine.
it "hurting people" or being consequence free is irrelevant lol you simply can't just write off legitimate play just because its easier to cheat easier to cheat applies to like, everything is it ever not easier to cheat?
I mean, a stable marriage is better when you don't cheat. That counts right?
Well, considering OVK's means of balancing and their love to put unfinished/underdeveloped things in the game, I wouldn't put much value in the "intended gameplay"
I don't see how that's relevant to cheating to bypass difficulty levels, cheating to bypass the skill system, and cheating to give yourself unlimited money and resources. Again, I'm not gonna judge you but you're seriously gonna argue that these should be suggested as the things players should do before legitimate methods?

They're using the 45 degree sights obviously
What is that graphical quality
What is that graphical quality
It's shit, now accept it. And by the way, the 54% damage reduction from Joker Aced wasn't removed. It was merely moved to Partners in crime Aced. So essentially, convert users got 4 points freed up, Joker Aced is pretty useless now. 35% extra damage? Who uses them to deal damage? Faster convert speed? No thanks. And that's just what we needed, more flexibility in builds when using this shit.
They're using the 45 degree sights obviously
You fucker. Nearly did a spittake all over my screen. To explain that spine wizardry, its the game trying to smooth out the player's look direction movement. That picture is more or less was happens when one goes Tasmanian Devil.
Once after a safehouse raid the game glitched and just kept giving me coins. I let it go for a while before I alt f4'd to make it stop. I have over 2000 coins
I had a similar circumstance after leaving a crime spree shortly after launch day. Also discovered that I was able to "continue" the crime spree and end it again to repeat the bug. I went to eat dinner and came back to a little over 900 million coins.
It's shit, now accept it.
It was discussed in this very same thread some plages ago that the gain in using low textures is near ineligible gain in frame rate. I hope it's vanilla by the end of the month

It can be quicker if you use a 220 damage DMR

It now in total supports for Crew Management: Equipping Secondary weapons Equipping Akimbo weapons Equipping a random 'Rifle' 'Sniper' 'LMG' 'Shotgun' 'Akimbo' 'Pistol' etc from your inventory every map (Set to 'Random Akimbo', Bots will use one of any Akimbo weapon you use.) Equipping any random weapon from your inventory every map Selecting what armor and deployables each character has. Eg: Dallas with Lightweight, Wolf with Flak, Chains with ICTV. Also making them carry bags like Players. Puts a bag symbol next to them on the HUD.
Best DLC stealth heists?
Got a few armor safes today by trading off my Sangres safe. Got Bone armor. Considering selling it for SWAT and pocketing the rest.
