Here's hoping that the port secretly does contain extra content. After all, it's never too late to slip in extra content afterwards in this day and age. Hell, OneShot added something quite special in the Solstice Update back in March, and the game was originally made in 2014. (the game we got on Steam in 2016 was sort of an enhanced edition)

1:13 of the PS4 trailer states that *Now with no added content! Of course, Toby could be a lying.
OneShot is different. Since release there's a literal countdown timer to Solstice, and that update is essential to "complete" the story.
Undertale is done. Period. Except hard mode.
