If he was we'd be waiting 20 years while he blows loads of money on high profile actors and motion capture tech while we wait for trickles of Undertale 2 trailers throughout it all
Considering the insane amount of money Undertale has made, there's absolutely no way Toby Fox would make another kickstarter lol. It'd be scummy as fuck at that point. The dude's loaded, he can fund his next five games himself.
Desperately hoping that it's Hard Mode mixing in with an official Gaster route. It would make a little bit of sense, since forcing the game to conflate the first fallen child with Frisk would probably screw
causality up quite a bit.
