Oh how lovely, it's the FNAF movie all over again except this time they make a Toriel cosplay. Makes me think they dropped the budget not only because they won't make an actual movie, but mainly because furries.
If it ends up getting a million views and then a real movie, then I hope they can do it nicely... Not that I'll go see it with my nephew and niece.

Bought this game with the soundtrack today. I bought it because even if I already got spoiled everything in the game back then when everyone was talking about it I enjoyed what I saw it was quite the adventure from start to end. That said... :dog:

Because on top of the poor presentation, they're "i haven't watched an anime since dragon ball z"-tier jokes, so the parody is really tired material.

Making a film at all is not great. One of Undertale's main focuses as a game is the way it involves the audience in a really unique way.

[sp]I took it as... kind of in the same vein at the very start when Flowey does that lie to you about the game mechanics. That impacts the player. You hate Flowey because the game is not telling you through exposition, but gameplay.
All those annoying updates were just that. Annoying. Alphys is presented as this offputting anime loser that doesn't have friends. If the game presented her that way without mechanically backing it up you'd end up liking her even those she's supposed to be a loser. (Makes even more sense when Mettaton reveals that pretty much all of Hotland's difficulties were manufactured so you'd be forced to depend on her.) If you ask anyone who is the worst character in Undertale they'd probably say Alphys because of this. Not because of her character design but because everyone hated how she actually interacted with you. I'd like to think that was intentional.
I think the problem in Alphys character design is that she's the perfect kind of character archetype to meet a satisfying demise. But Undertale is a game about making friends with everyone so there's conflicts in that. Hell, she's the one major character you can't even kill in Genocide! That has to be intentional too.
Though to be completely fair- the design/argument that "She's an awful character because she's supposed to be!" is skating very thin ice.[/sp]

You can remove YouTube history and it stops recommending stuff based on it. You can also click the three dots next to the video and hit "not interested". Thanks to that I haven't seen a single Game Theory video for years
I just use a channel blocker addon for Chrome, that way I never have to see another Minecraft channel or shitty meme channel again
