I want this so bad. Hopefully it's an accessory like the EVA costume and not a full epic gear set.

Yo what the hell is going on here, all my base personnel have suddenly become super depressed. Pretty much all of them went from "Full of enthusiasm, would accomplish good shit" to "While not gung-ho, would accomplish some positive results". One day they were fine, the next they're all losing enthusiasm by the truckload. Their motivation graphs are so bad they actually improve when they get ill. Their food / water / medicine supply is capped out, they have more than enough beds and nothing changed before it started happening. What gives?
Have you harvested your crops lately? If you let them sit at their limit, I think they stop producing resources. I ran into the same issue, and when I harvested my stuff, my crew's morale went up.
Are you losing supplies? I've found that it doesn't matter how much you have in storage, if you have a negative trend in any of your Food/Water you're camps morale plummets.
I've harvested some of them, but letting them sit at their limit has never affected my moral before. I'll give it a try though. Nope, they're all positive.
they realised they were inside metal gear survive and want to die
Sounds like they all turned into clones of me. Have you tried reassigning them?
They were in their perfect spots prior to the mass mental breakdown, and I don't think there's any personality clashes going on. As for dismissing, no I don't think there's a way. I just sent useless ones on suicide missions too.
Can you upload screenshots of their morale when sick? On a side note do you know if you HAVE to use medical supplies on wounded crewmembers or can they heal naturally without you doing anything.
I think they get depressed if you don't physically go near them. You can't kung fu them like Venom, so you just kind of have to walk awkwardly close to them. This might be why picking the crops helped, because it gets you moving around the base nearer to people.
I think you can just wait out crew illnesses / wounds. I've never tested it, but they have a percentage next to them like your own wounds do so I presume it acts just the same. https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/208392/8da5790e-5c4f-4705-a877-b7201967e760/Untitled.png As you can see, there's a slight improvement when he was ill, then back down again after he was cured. I dunno, I'm near them quite a lot because I always run around grabbing all the side quests whenever I'm at base. Plus the ones I'm near the most (e.g ones working crop fields) are unmotivated yet the development team are all fine except for Dan.
I think I remember reading going near them so they speak can possibly help improve morale like in MGSV. Odd this is happening. Like I said the interface sucks arse. Supposedly you can find a crew members aptitude by switching teams and reading the "would not perfom well" thing but it's debatable, I remember reading all kinds of stuff about it and it's not 100% confirmed although some people datamined. https://www.reddit.com/r/metalgearsurvive/comments/84i053/help_how_do_i_fix_this_motivation_problem/?st=jgo64d52&sh=f7a60a93 Someone else suffered the same problem as you actually although your guys morale seems much lower.
It used to be that their employment history meant jack shit and moving them around until you found what they did well at was the only way, but I suspect the recent patch might have changed that (or made it less likely to not matter at least) because everyone I've got recently did well in their respective fields. Or they did until this bullshit started happening at least. The thing is, all of those reddit posts are talking about crew with specific quirks that would make their morale decline over time (like that one there likes trying different things), which makes sense, but with mine it's happening to almost all of my crew, even ones who explicitly don't like to be moved around a lot. Furthermore, it's also affecting every single named character, and we know for certain which fields they belong in and should be happy in.
Have you been getting crew members killed? I read what might be happening is deaths impacting morale. Have you been recently sending guys out to their deaths?
No, nobody has been purged tragically killed in action since before most of my current crew was even there.
