Same thing happened to me with my event Fernando Skin I got, the skin in general got a new weapon model that isn't default and I don't have it. I hope they fix that soon.
Edit: Never mind, just lack of paying attention. Apparently when I go the list of Fernando Sets, it says I don't own Onslaught and I can still use Gems to unlock it as if I don't own it. Also he didn't get a new weapon, just a visual bug that happens when you view the God of War set before the Onslaught set, so it makes the weapon skin from God of War carry onto the Onslaught skin when viewing it in the Sets category. But hey, that's a Beta for you. Still hope they fix soon because it triggers me that the games telling me I don't own something when I clearly do.

It happened with other items that were transformed into the current system. You generally already own them, your game simply didn't notice yet. You usually either need to login then relogin to refresh the list of things you own. It isn't there they always get it fixed an hour or so after the patch is released.

After playing for a week, I've seen 3-4 aimbotters and a possible wallhacker(that one is hard to prove).

There's a bunch, but they seem to be especially retarded, and by that I mean there was an aimbotter in my game who used.. Wait for it.. Bomb King, so basically all he did was hold forward and M1 like a TF2 pyro until the projectile time for his bombs didn't matter and he'd always stick you, it was so obvious because I was Androxus and dashed around him, the killcam showed him sticking me with 3 bombs with his crosshair never even leaving dead center of my char.
If you need to use aimbot in a Game like Paladins that's especially pathetic because with Champs like Kinessa your Ulti literally does headshot dmg as long as you aim for the chest, and it's easy to build up with the steady stream of dmg you can do with your Sniper's full auto mode and slow traps. If your aim is truly that pathetic why even play the game if you need hacks to stay viable and relevant on your team.

I should mention that the deathcam is a bit glitchy at the moment and isn't perfectly precise.

A bit is quite an understatement. It's horrid, don't trust it.

Glitchy or not, a perfect movement over multiple deathcams, against characters with such quick movement abilities is enough proof, plus aimbots like these are obvious enough even without.
Having only played Siege against bots (Not a real van of PvP) the only comment on aim botters (in other modes) I can add is: What account level are you? Below a certain level you're matched against bots even if you select casual from the menu. It stops at level 6 I think.
Source: Some google searching and me literally getting grouped with someone (Me having selected 'training: Siege') who said "Guys, I think we're playing against bots." and after more discussion he said he selected 'casual' from the menu instead of training but ended up there instead.
The bots in the kill cams of course, replicate that sort of unerring aim.

Cards that buff it make it insane, such as getting a 1k shield after a charge.
How fun would you guys say this game is? I've been looking for a team based shooter to play and I hear decent things about Paladins, but I want to know your opinions on it.

Every hero gets a mobility power for their F. His is a charge.
I feel the same way about Mal'Damba's Slither, sometimes, but I haven't gotten any cards for it yet.
Fern's charge is actually a decent 200 damage burst. You can use it to finish somebody off if you're fireball is on CD. You can also use it with your shield up.
Haven't played Mal yet, but I assume his dash is like a dash version of Grohk's Ghost Walk since you're invincible during it. So it seems best for dodging ults, just like Ghost Walk.

The game's pretty fun in my opinion, there's a fair amount of variety right now, grinding for things is not too time consuming. I'd suggest you to try it yourself to see if it's your type of game, the game is just a 2.5/3gb download right now.

Charge is a decent enough ability, which becomes great with a few cards. Without any upgrades it can:
Be used to rapidly re-position while shield is up.
200 damage, to any enemy hit.
General mobility.
With cards it can:
Supply a 250/500/750/1000 health shield for 4 seconds. With it's relatively short cooldown, it can be spammed for a lot more "health"
Provide a 10/20/30/40% movement speed boost for a few seconds (combined with the fireball one, you become very good at chasing down enemies).
Knockback (arguably, this one is really bleh).
Distance (bleh)
Aggressive fernandos are incredibly strong (and often the preferred way to play at higher levels) not simply sitting on the point and the shield and speed boost one are probably some of his best cards to that effect.
I run mine with
1000 health shield after charge for 4 seconds
30% movement speed boost for 3 seconds after charge.
20% movement speed boost for 3 seconds after fireball hit.
20% reduction to fireball cooldown.
75 healing per second while shield is up and under half health.
