I'm complaining because they could have easily taken me out normally given that I was in an il "flightworthy in name only" 2, alone, and reloading my turret. Literally could have flanked/gone at me in any other direction and I would have been fuckerino'd (actually, they could have just kept on my tail and got me anyway what with the reload). Also, historical accuracy and boxes be damned, you ram on purpose in general and I will call you out on it.

Using British tanks and aircraft gives me a confidence boost that I just can't seem to find while using their American or German counterparts. Whenever I am taking my 109G-2/190D-12(13) or 51D-10 out for a spin, I get an overwhelming sense of dread any time I am fighting against the odds on Krymsk, Sicily, or Korea. In a Spitfire, Typhoon, or Tempest, by contrast, I feel like an unstoppable killing machine. Even if I am doomed, I put up a real fight and always manage to take one or two with me before the inevitable happens. Russian aircraft tend to be fantastic at low altitudes, and using the Yaks, T-34s, and the 39-A10 premium was a ton of fun, but I am considering putting a talisman on a Tempest or Fury and a decent tank and grinding the Britbongs instead. Everything I saw throughout Russian vehicles in all tiers seems to be present or better in the British tree. FV4005 for oversized guns, Hawker Hunter as a worthwhile aircraft pursuit, the Swingfire for ATGM shenanigans, and other well rounded tanks and aircraft scattered throughout. Then again, I could be gravely misinformed or entirely delusional. But at the same time, I don't remember ever having a truly bad game in any of my British aircraft or tanks.
British era 3 and 5 (with exception of mk10) tanks are bit questionable, other than that it's imho the most fun nation in the game
UK is the weird nation where I constantly feel like they're middle of the line or worse*; but I wind up doing excellent as them and ground through the trees super fast. *(except the bombers which are bland and poorly defended, the Spitfires which are easy mode, and the Hunter which I want and haven't gotten yet - tanks are never close to "op FOTM wunderweapon", but there are some good/great ones like the Centurion Mk 10) For whatever reason, I tend to usually have good UK teammates with tanks too. It's like the longer they suffer under solid-shot hell, they better they get.
The Hunter is one of the most fun planes in the game and anyone who says it's bad is wrong and they are the bad

Oh finally, the StuH might actually be fun to play now! I love the StuH, but damn was it ever shit.
197 fucking mm ap depth for kv-2. It just became more fun.
197 fucking mm ap depth for kv-2. It just became more fun.
KV2 with ZIS-6 gun, not the regular 152mm KV2.
KV2 with ZIS-6 gun, not the regular 152mm KV2.
Which makes it even more hilarious with the reload that it has.
KV2 with ZIS-6 gun, not the regular 152mm KV2.
WELL SHIT :frown:
Tried the ZIS last night, still as OP as ever :qsex101:
Tried the ZIS last night, still as OP as ever :qsex101:
I love the ZiS-6, yeah it's terribly armoured and the size of a mobile home but the game is essentially: 'Comrade Stalin's Point and Click Adventure!'
It's a KV-2 with a proper KV-2-sized anti-tank gun instead of a anti-bunker howitzer that just happens to work on tanks. [t]http://www.tanks-encyclopedia.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/KV-2-107mm.jpg[/t] It's just a shame the USSR never really got the 107mm gun projects up and running before the 100 D-10 vs. 122 A-19 (D-25 too) wars started. The 107 was really, really potent - just unfortunately kind of huge (go x-ray that breech to see what I mean.)

As a gun, though, it's absolutely seen a good deal of use.
Since when did the German 2cm HE shells self-detonate? And is it just me, or does the fuze seem a little short for AA-work? It appears to be about 1.400 meters, which for stuff like Wirbelwind-saturation fire seems awfully close.

Nothing quite as fun as taking my KV-1 Zis-5 out for a spin for the first time in a long time and having the first shot even fired at me in a round go right through the front drivers hatch, instagibbing my crew. The show was from an M4A1 76 too, and we were both on the move. I'm assuming it was pure luck, tbh, because while the drivers hatch is a good spot to shoot for there was no way that M4A1 did that on purpose. Crusader in WT is much better than it felt in WoT though, so I always have that thing to fall back on. Valentine is just frustrating though, feels like I'm firing fucking nerf darts.

Since one of the gun rebalances that was like last fall or this winter, American 76mm with APHE is a completely fantastic gun, too.
Is there a best money making premium plane or tank I should grab, I'm in desperate need of somthing new to use and silver errors lions

So i bought the premium DO335 and I have no idea how to actually fight with it. It starts to wobble and lose control even with mouse aim at around 500 km/h and I almost always lose headons even with centerline 2x 20mm and a 30mm. I can't boom and zoom because LaGGs and spits can turn on a dime and somehow gain energy to catch up. How 2 fly plane???

But it sounds like you're playing arcade, am i correct? Because if so there's nothing you can do, the flightmodel is completely bonkers and energy fighters are impossible to play properly.

Also use keyboard controls when turning, if your doing anything more than just aiming at something infront best to use not rely on the mouse
100kg FABs are so all over the place for killing medium tanks. It seems like sometimes a single bomb will kill as long as it's even remotely close while other times I can hit directly on target and do no damage. Double bomb drops seem to work quite well though.
Well, at long last, I managed to get the Leo 1, my first 8.0. It's fun. I like it. Like a bigger, dumber RU-251.
