Care to elaborate?
you can be aiming right at a ship and the shells can go way over or way too low even sometime when your a point blank this explains more
the aiming in ships still sucks ass how have they not fixed this yet edit: its fucking bullshit and they know it

you can be aiming right at a ship and the shells can go way over or way too low even sometime when your a point blank
i played a naval game just now and it worked fine for me :v
Anyone have any tips for the M4A1? I keep dying in it but in my Stuarts I do fine. [editline]10th November 2017[/editline] As far as I know, I don't think its supposed to be a vehicle that you flank with, and I should take advantage of higher ground when I can because of it's amazing gun depression, right?
Use higher ground whenever you can. Remember that you have smoke rounds, which you can use to fire them mortar-style (Because of shitty ballistics) to deny lines of sight to the enemy.

Overall, Magz and Napalm seem to know jack shit about how the aiming works in-game. First of all, you need to set in options a way to adjust shooting distance, I think mouse wheel is the preferable way. That way, once you have the distance measured, along with the margin of error, you just try out different settings until you can hit something. Also, shells inherit some part of your momentum(anyone playing Tribes should feel at home here), it's all about relative speeds and directions. If both ships are going lateral, in the same direction with the same speed the amount of lead you have to give is severely reduced. If the target is stationary, while you move full speed ahead, you have to lead significally, BEHIND it. If you are stationary, while the enemy is moving full speed ahead you have to lead more. I highly suggest reading comments under those videos first..

Super secret stealth coating, ninja-added to the game, 100% historically accurate.

The SO.8000 is such a dreamy plane I love it so much. Disregard the idiots on reddit saying it's bad because it climbs poorly it fucks people up
The SO.8000 is such a dreamy plane I love it so much. Disregard the idiots on reddit saying it's bad because it climbs poorly it fucks people up
I've seen them do really well: what makes it so good, in your mind? Since everyone on reddit is not a fan, its hard to gauge what it's strengths are. I'm interested in it for the same reason I wanted the wyvern, its a unique aircraft that seems not horrifying to use.
Extraordinarily fast with extremely good handling at speed. While it's a little bit sluggish at low speed in both acceleration and handling, it very quickly gets good, especially with flaps, and at high speeds it pitches and rolls spectacularly (spoilerons <3), and you can pull lead on near anything, even when pushing 800kmh. The thing that really makes it good is that once it gets going it's extremely reluctant to slow down. After a dive (and it accelerates ludicrously fast in dives, like you get mach warning pop-ups pretty regularly) it holds its speed for ages, so doing BnZ passes in it is really safe, you very rarely have to worry about getting caught. The armament is pretty obviously brutal, but what people don't often mention is that you have 1500 rounds of 20mm ammo. You can spray around as much as you want, you have ammo to kill the entire enemy team twice over. My only real complaint about this plane is that I feel it could do with an airbrake. Sometimes it really just won't slow down So it's a plane that hits high speeds very quickly, holds that energy well, and can nose around to kill anything it wants in a single pass, and then escapes, and when you're done wiping the enemy's fighters out, it carries a decent enough rocket load to clean up ground targets, too If you're going to get this plane, get an experienced crew with high G tolerance. This plane really, desperately needs it. My first couple of deaths in this thing were all from blacking out after pulling a maneuver I didn't expect to be able to pull and either slamming into the floor or not being able to dodge

Sure, you'll probably kill the pilot a little bit more easily, but you (likely) won't get fires or engine knockouts from the front, and 6 20mm cannons provide a lot of firepower that might be able to kill you faster than vice versa.
Honestly now that I have all non-import french props I think the Narval is their best prop by a fair margin. The VG-33 is fun, the MB.157 is basically a better 109F-4, and I've had a fair bit of fun with the first VB.10, but no plane has come close to how radical the Narval is
Guy was claiming that the KPZ is overpowered because "german players camp with it" after he died in an MBT
Apparently I can't fly the P-47M effectively to save my life. Landing hits but not doing enough damage to result in kills, and I end up either getting sniped in the middle of a boom, getting bounced on the zoom away, or being the last one alive at high alt with 8+ enemies below and with not a clue what to do. I love this plane, and I want to do well in it, but I still have learning to do. What can I do to improve my performance in this thing?

is there anything i can do to finish an air rb game faster when the last opponent is some dude flying away at like 6000 altitude and im in an a6m2

Reminds me of one of the first times I ever played the PE-8. Was heading in for a bombing run, but then something (can't remember) caused me to need to tab out and leave my room (family emergency of some sort). Came back half an hour later to find my plane at like, the edge of the damn atmosphere and the match was still (somehow) going. No one could see or reach me because of the altitude and BR so I just kinda winged it (no pun intended) from there.
so the 29-K has airburst fuses on the HE rounds now, but they're so abominably clunky to set and the gun handles so terribly that even with rapid fire enabled on the shooting range i couldn't hit a damn thing with them
They have airburst? How use? Oh you lock on and range find, that's kinda 'tarded. Fuzing should be done with your set range. And only the 29K? Booo I want my prototype ammo that has prox fuze

Its come to my attention that the arado can drop its bombs while flying upside down as long as its going straight, bombs drop through the engines. Top 10 German super weapons of WW2

I know it would be super problematic and cause all sorts of jank, but those times some tailing interceptor goes below you right into your stream of 500lb'ers would be glorious if it meant he got killed.
