is there any even vague ETA on the changes to RP and SL costs for higher tier vehicles? I managed to research the T92 before it got moved, but couldn't buy it ofc. now ive mostly got the m56 researched but I'm not eager to drop 1.2mil SL on them if the patch is even somewhat soon

I figure I should start working on my plane game, what are the differences between the Fw190 line and the Bf109 lines and which one do you guys recommend?
If they could fix the Super Pershing's spaced armour, that would be great

Fw-190 packs a better punch, but the Bf-109 has better performance at higher altitudes (Until you get to the Ta-152)
So it really depends on what's your favorite style of play. Fw-190s are brawlers, they pack by default many guns and a lot of ammo. Bf-109s are especialists, they don't carry as much ammunition or weaponry, but they can operate at most altitudes without sacrificing performance.
I mean, maybe in arcade.
Try 'brawling' (see: dogfighting) in RB with an FW and you will get your shit shoved
You can dogfight in a Fw-190 you just can't do it with hard turns. Flat scissors, rolling scissors, heck the A-1 and D-9 can do some pretty gnarly stall fighting if you're clever because of the good power:weight

Also take 45 minutes fuel on the Fw-190 to get your elevator authority back, the centre of gravity is fucked atm due to the order fuel tanks are drained

Tank RP changes are live.
I was hoping they'd put the Saltire up for sale again this year like they did on St.Andrew's last year, but I'll take tank RP changes. Only 60k away from unlocking the IS-3 as opposed to 220k.
Finally got my hands on the T-44-100 thanks to these RP changes.
Tips? Recommended playstyle?

Amazing gun, alright mobility, no armor to rely on. Use it to snipe or hit and run. The gun hits really hard at 7.0 BR

T92 and T-44 stock are not exactly fun

This BR is tough, though. You get a couple really stronk vehicles, and a couple meh vehicles (at least while stock). I feel I can do adequately well in most of them, but stock right now the biggest issue is the low mobility, poor gun depression (and elevation speed), and lackluster rounds. The rounds are good if they pen, but getting them to pen is a bitch.
I'm super salty about encountering IS6s in this BR range, though. They pass me in a ton of tanks that I drive - like two IS6's were solidly beating my Panther F to a capture point. Not just slightly pulling ahead, like seriously pulling some distance. It feels nearly as mobile as my fucking M46.
I [I]really [U]really[/U][/I] fucking hate those goddamn things and my hatred increases constantly, or after particularly shit nights like last night. It feels like I can never OHK it, but it can always OHK everything I drive. I'm not a completely shit player, either, it just feels like a stupid OP tank - great gun, great mobility, great armor. It doesn't have any glaring weakspots or vulnerabilities, either. Hopefully the armor adjustments in this patch help a bit. It still needs more work, though.
I swear someone sneezes at any of my Tiger IIs, even the premium one, and my breech is broken (its still a good tank, but it's not OP as fuck). Also, the Sla variant of the Tiger II is still going to fall way behind the IS-6 in mobility

IS-6 shouldn't even be in the game.
Thank goodness the modification research costs have been lowered, about damn time I spaded the M6A1 as it has no reason for the engine upgrade to cost 10k rp...

I'm disappointed with the post pen damage, I've landed shots at point blank range into the turret face of many jagtigers and the APDS shell just flys straight through the gunner and loader/commander only turning them yellow. What gives.
Now I know I have to go for ammo racks to make this work but i'm still having issues making them detonate at all.
Auto-unlocked the T26-E1 from the BR changes, not the best tank but at least i now have something to use with my T29 at 6.7.
How much better does the A-36 get? Kind of underwhelming compared to the Dauntless right now.
Was tank SL income increased too? Seems more in line with planes right now.

Eh, not very. A-20G is where the real fun begins, some of my best matches have been in that beautiful machine including my only 6000 pointer to date.
Ah. I assume I should probably just keep keeping on in the SBD? It was a great plane when I flew it, the amazing payload was free, too.
