Well too bad! Instead you get a coop mode with AI that can expertly one shot you from across the map blindfolded while doing 20 km/h :v:

Yep, they counted towards your AI tank kills, much like the bots on some maps do; so if you were quick it was an easy way to rack up your stats a bit and make sure you get some points for another spawn. It was super lobsided, since they're tied to the western team. That meant only those spawning on the eastern side could actually get the points for them, but it also meant that those in the west-spawn would have to hurry and shoot them down as TKs to deny those points.

Now it's mostly done out of boredom. I tend to shoot at them with my main gun for range estimation practice if the only enemy left is a plane wasting time circling his own airfield.

They also used to cause massive performance for PS4 players, so they got shot down so those few * players could enjoy a normal framerate

I cant help but feel at a massive disadvantage by not using sound mods, you can hear stuff from the other side of the map with sound mods. Engine noises are far louder; a massive give away in small maps.

The PT76 remains silly fun even at 7.7. I always keep it in my lineup because it's almost always a guaranteed respawn.

Also the sound mod makes it sound much better, wooo

The best talismans I have got were for the A6M2 mod 11 and the I-16 type 27, but never for rank 3 or up.
Still happy with the ones I got though

I've got talismans at least on the Panzer IV Ausf. F2 and the 75mm Jumbo which I bitched about earlier. I still don't like it. The F2 is a good tank for a talisman though thanks to its BR. Can't remember if I have some planes with talismans, I'll double check when I get home.

While we're talking talismans, the talisman I have on my 109 F4 is easily one of the most lastingly enjoyable and entertaining purchases I've ever made in an online game to-date.

I've never gotten one as a random drop, alas.

I got a meaty random talisman drop on the P-61C a few months back, it was already my best performing US plane and Gaijin decided to turn it up to 11. Also got one on the Jumbo 75, which makes it worthwhile playing.

Despite all my hours and days playing Soviets I still don't have any talismans for them.

Ugh, it disappoints me that you needed the other chieftains to get the mk 10 when the patch dropped, whereas the T-64, MBT-70, and KPZ-70 had no prior tank needed to research it, thus letting people with just 3 tier 5s research those.

Only got two so far, no premium currently and haven't got mark of distinction. Also, if you have all four, you might as well mirror it and have it say SUN SETTER CUNT on both sides.
